One Time Interior House Cleaning
Actually I have used Santiago construction 3 times; twice for deep clean of 2 levels and once for regular cleaning and have them rescheduled for a regular clean again in August.
They are prompt, even arriving early; they are respectful of my things and incredibly efficient.
They do a fantastic job and I am happy to know them.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
It was for cleaning my apartment. It was for a one time, regular, light, over all cleaning. They did a GREAT JOB!!! They worked steady, hard efficiently and with great care for my personal belongings.
The Ladies doing the work were very professional, polite, friendly & SO VERY NICE!! I am very happy! I am so satisfied I would like for them to come again and DEFINITELY recommend them to others. It only took them a little over 2 hours. They were extremely thorough and very reasonable.

Brick, Stone or Block Wall Installation
We hired Santiago Construction of Boone, NC, to install stone fascia on our addition's foundation wall. We were not only pleased but completely satisfied with the end result. The picture shows the mortar joints were uniform in width, and the stone layout placement was like a piece of art. Francesco's, the mason who did the work, was a master. His attention to detail was incredibly impressive, as shown in the staggering of the stone end faces laid out vertically at the corners. He is old-school, a master at his work, and you could see his commitment as he worked each day diligently and professionally. It looks like a work of art, and we enjoy seeing it every day.

Did a great job, a really great job. It looks absolutely beautiful. He and all of the crew was so nice and kind. They were respectful and checked in with me during the project to make sure I was happy as it went along. I will definitely use them again for my other projects.
