Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installation Service
Customer service was great from getting a quote to communicating with them and the actual installation they made the whole process very convenient for me and we're open to answer any of my questions

I've had EV charger installed 2 other times prior to using Santiban Services Group (different locations), but never once experienced this level of customer service that Gabe provided. Although, it was my most expensive installation (which I can't blame them due to the odd place my builder placed the breaker box), but the price was quoted fairly and justified. Gabe went above and beyond such as stopping by my house, taking photos, drawing where he was going to do the wiring, and walking me through his findings. On top of that, he even did a load calculation which advised me to install a load management system so my breaker box wouldn't overload. This alone said he's a very thorough and dedicated person. I appreciate that so much because no other electricians were doing that and kept telling me that "it will be fine". Being a first time homeowner, I would like to protect my house to the best of my ability, so saying "it will be fine" doesn’t really give me a peace of mind. So thank you Gabe!!!! For helping me to ensure my breaker box would be fine with the new addition. I hope to continue to use your service in the future 🙏🏻 😊 also, thank you for going the extra mile to vacuum the work area after you guys were done, it was a very nice gesture 🤗

The removal and installation of 20 solar panels went like a well oiled machine. The workers were very professional and policed the work area every day they were there. Gabe and Joey informed me every step of the way.
