Great service at a great price! The oven on my older electric stove stopped working and they came out and fixed it on the spot saved me some money at the same time no need to buy a new oven. I highly recommend them A++++ service.

I called Alex, came out the very next morning. Since it is a simple thing, he didn't charge us for the service. We actually recommend them for our house insurance. He is speed up dial. He is the best of the best. We would higly recommend them to anyone without a doubt.

They are “A” on everything.  He came promptly and took care of everything.  He charged us with a small fee and the appliance is working fine.

He was good. He called me that same day and said he would come out the next day. I liked that it was a quick response. He didn't figure out the problem that same day but he went home and thought about it. He did a bit of trouble shooting for me to figure out what the problem is.

It went great. Called and he showed up the same day and had the washer up and running in less then an hour. <br />

Sanz appliance repair is great! He repaired a part on our dishwasher that was no longer available to buy. He made a new part for us and the dishwasher is working great. Alex  is a hardworking and honest man, this is the seconbd time we have used his services and we are very satisfied. <br />

He asked what was wrong with it. He removed the top panel, looked at it. He then worked with some wires behind the panel and made the machine work. He made sure it was running fine before he left. <br />

He came out and did a good job. My husband contacted them, and they were responsive and he seemed to be pleased. I wasn't really involved. We didn't really have a whole lot to compare it with but I think the price was fair. We really didn't shop around because it's not like there are a lot of options. The quality was good. He put booties on his feet. He was good.

<p>The washing machine is on the bottom so he had to take the dryer off the top to gain access to the inside to examine.</p> <p>The commands were jammed and needed to be reset.  May have been caused by a power outage.  Told me that if it happened again that I should unplug the unit for 2 hours and try again.</p> <br />

Alex diagnosed a faulty capacitor and replaced it with a slightly larger one.   The wine cooler came back to life and reached the desired temperature in a few hours.   I was very pleased with Alex's manner and approach to this repair.  He installed the new part late in the afternoon and then left, asking me to call the next day to report on whether the cooler was working.   When all was satisfactory, he stopped back by to pick up payment. Alex told me that if the problem had turned out to be the compressor (a much more expensive part), he would have advised me to simply buy a new wine cooler. <br />

I found Sanz Appliance repair through Angie's List after my dishwasher stopped working. Gave Alejandro a call and he was quick to call me back. He was able to come out within a couple of hours to my house. He determined that it was a loose connection behind the dishwasher and was able to fix it very quickly. <br /> Very quick response, professional, thorough, and courteous! I recommend without reservation and will use again for any future appliance repairs! <br />

My Samsung dishwasher was not functioning correctly. Called several places all who refused to work on a Samsung. I called Sanz and he came out the very next day. He showed up early and didn't waste time getting to work. He went above and beyond what was necessary to diagnose the issue, repair it and check all other functions to make sure everything was working correctly. He even discovered a small leak I was unaware of and fixed that as well. The issue causing the dishwasher to malfunction was a small piece of plastic lodged in the fan of the motor. Took a while to find it but it was found and all is working well again. He was very nice, courteous, friendly and helpful. I will go to him first in the future. <br />

It was horrible. All he did was take the vent. I don't know what he did but after he left, I told him my system was the same thing and he never came back. He should've unclogged the hole. He was also an hour and a half late.

It was a fast response.  They fixed it efficiently the first time.  The workers were professional and polite.

It was very good.  They came back and finished the repair.  They're very professional and did exactly what they said they're going to do.  It went fine and they basically did it.

The service went fine.  They were friendly.  I think they fixed the problem when they said they could not find the problem for sure.  I was satisfied with the service and I don’t absolutely know what they did.
