Sarge Irrigation

Very nice man and did not appear to do unnecessary work. Had to have him come back out multiple times for sprinklers not working. Still has not completed job to satisfaction, as sprinklers do not work now.

He was great. Honest. Got the work done.

Was fast, simple and exactly what was needed to fix the leak. I'm beyond impressed. Great communication, too.

I met with Mike from Sarge Irrigation after have already spoken and received rough estimates from a couple other companies. After taking a little while to see what I had going on with the system our previous owner had installed, he told me that he could not give me an estimate because there was a lot of diagnostic work that would need to be done to determine which parts of our system were salvageable and which parts needed to be replaced. He did, however, point out a few immediate things that he noticed and explained that there could be more than one cause for each of the problems - thus different prices. The other companies that had come out had done a quick walk around, a 5 minute cycle through the sprinkler zones, and then quoted me two vastly different prices for the work I wanted and needed. I appreciated his honestly, and I agreed to pay for a day of labor and whatever parts to bring our current system up to working condition. At the end of the day we would regroup and determine if I wanted to move forward with installing the Drip Irrigation based on whether he found that it could link into the existing zones or would have to have a new zone added. The previous owner had installed the system himself - using pipes that were not the right sizes and mixing and matching rotors and pop-ups in the same zones, so it wasn't clear if there would be enough pressure to get everything working the way we needed without replacing pipes. Throughout the process Mike was honest, forthright, working hard, and obviously dedicated to making sure things were done right. I felt very comfortable moving forward with the Drip Irrigation, and he installed that excellently as well. His prices were straight-forward and he warned me in advance of potential problems he might come across. Ultimately he completed all the work I asked for, at a much higher level of quality that the other companies (who hadn't even noticed a zone on the side of the house that had become overgrown), and the total cost was about the same as the lowest quote I had received from the other companies. I will be calling Mike again, and again, and again!

Excellent! Returned the first call within just a few minutes. Made appointment for the next day, would call to let me know he was on the way, was early/on time, checked system, gave me a quote, explained what was going on. Made repairs and set up system for this year!! Cleaned up afterwards and I am very happy! Would definitely recommend Mike aka Sarge!!!

Mike did a great job repairing our irrigation system. He tested the entire system after the repairs not just what he replaced. He adjusted all the sprinklers heads for optimal coverage.

Everything went real smooth they was on time got me fixed back up

Mr. Luttrell was punctual, courteous and worked hard u til the job was complete. He will certainly be called again for any repair work we need done.
