Perfectly. I have no complaints whatsoever. Dave always tries to send somebody out ASAP and I am always satisfied with their work. Everyone I have referred to this company has been very satisfied.

My water heater leaked & flooded my garage. I contacted Sargent’s Plumbing, they were able to come out promptly to resolve the issue. Replaced my water heater and dried up the garage floor. They were prompt and efficient. Also, was priced very fair. Highly recommend!

Dave came right away to give me an estimate and scheduled me the following day. His two mechanics arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently and outstanding clean up.

The job went so well, I started with contacting re-pipe specialist and they intern hired Sargents plumbing, Let me tell you this I am so grateful they did, Sargents plumbing is a top notch HONEST company, their work is impeccable , If your looking for a plumber that has reasonable rates , great workmanship ,communicates, and is honest...Hire them, you will be glad you did I was!

Dave is a great guy! His team showed up on time, were over the top communicative of schedule changes due to weather, and really managed our job well. Dave's a man of his word and will get the job done right and even dealt with my OCD detail requirements without skipping a beat. Would definitely use these guys again.

The work went well. He arrived on time, , very professional and polite. He identified the problem right away; and the problem was in two toilets. He adjusted fixture in both toilets; because the water would keep running after it was flushed. It doesn't do that any more. I am very pleased with the result, and the price was reasonable.

The installation of the copper piping involved removing all galvanized piping and installing copper from beneath the house. Some walls needed to be cut into in order to replace the piping. All sheet rock was repaired and re-tiled where needed. The finish product was like new. There was 2 or 3 men working at all times, always doing their best to least interrupt our daily lives.We never saw the men take a break or waste any time. Very impressive.. Everyone was very punctual, on time when they said they would be. Dave Sargent, owner and his supervisor, Jessie, were always available with helpful advice and supervising the project. Jesse, Dave, and Richard were great. They arrived on time and were professional and friendly. We had all new copper pipes from the meter to all of the fixtures in our house plus a new water heater. They started on Monday morning and were finished by 3pm that Wednesday. Monday the put in the pipe from the meter to the house and hooked up a temporary connection so that we would have water Monday night. Tuesday and Wednesday morning they finished the pipes and water heater and patched up all of the drywall. They saved the sod from the trench that they dug for the supply line from the meter and used it to cover the trech after the filled it back in. Our water pressure is much improved and we couldn't be happier with the job that they did. The cost was in line with other estimates that we received and was reasonable for the amount of work that they did.

Setup an appointment for Monday on Friday the week before. Called on Monday morning to remind and everything was already scheduled per previous call. Dave arrived in the window committed over phone. He was very professional and did the work with utmost skills and care to the surrounding. He opened up the toilet (as snaking it did not work), unclogged it and put it back the way it was before. Nice work all around and price was reasonable considering the work involved. Very satisfied with the service. I sure have saved their number for any future plumbing work. They had the most reasonable solution for the tub surround (cultured marble) and were the most reasonable price of the three contractors that were considered. Work was done in a timely manor by professional team members. One slight discrepancy was handled in a timely and fair way.

The repairs took an additional day because digging out the water main was more difficult than planned and Dave is a bit tenacious and demanding about getting paid. Jesse (his site supervisor) is great to work with!

Jesse and Dave came together on time. They looked at the issue. Gave me a quote for 300. Once I agreed to the price, they got the work started and got it done under 90 mins. They were courteous and respectful during their work and brought in tools and supplies as they needed. It was a smooth and simple repair. I wish all repairmen were so nice and efficient.

They were good. They did a good job. They showed up on time, they did the work, it wasn't that expensive as I recall, and they cleaned up and left. They showed up that day, did the work, they had everything they needed, and they were done in a couple of hours. It didn't leak, so the quality is an A. They showed up the same day, so I'm giving them an A for responsiveness. For a plumber, I think professionalism is an A. I would use them again, but we don't live there any more.

It went very well as the plumber arrived on time to start the job. There were some confusion on the total extend of the job. Dave was very responsive to what actually needed done, went out to purchase the additional parts that were needed. Whole job was done under 3 hours. The pricing were very reasonable overall and honored Angie's discount too.

Dave's team did a good job, the problems we had are fixed. They showed us how to turn on the emergency valve just in case it gets accidentally triggered, so we don't have to call for a simple fix, which we really appreciated. Very prompt responses to email and phone calls. My only complaint was we didn't know we needed a permit for the emergency shut off valve, and as we have always relied on contractors for that part, we did not get one and had to get one later. Dave helped us with that process as well, it was just frustrating to have to go back several months after the work was completed. I would hire again but will just be sure I know about permitting and bring it up if he doesn't.

Work went great. Our initial call was due to a leaking water heater and leaking shower valve. I called Sargent's plumbing and Jessie came that morning. He observed that we had galvanized piping, and getting the house repiped was on our list of things to do. Sargent's plumbing gave us a 'package' bid in which we were given a significant discount on the water heater replacement, plus repairing the shower and repiping the house and water line leading from the water meter to our house. We had to have the water shut off twice, and they worked with us to accomodate our schedule. When they were scheduled to work they arrived promptly, and cleaned everything up before leaving for the day. They had to dig up the front yard, but put everything back when they were finished. We are extremely pleased with the work and will definitely hire Sargents plumbing again.

Called the morning of 10/24 and left a message - Dave was the only one (of three plumbers I had contacted), who returned my call. I explained to Dave what needed to be done and after a few preliminary diagnotic questions, he gave me a window of 11am-2pm for coming to fix the toilet. Dave arrived at 12pm and quickly got our toilet working again! Dave is very knowledgable about plumbing, courteous and professional. I would definitely call him for plumbing services again!

Our toilet replacement project went extremely well.  David and Dave were both very professional.  David arrived at the appointed time to start the project.  The job was completed on time and within the estimate that Dave had given me during our initial conversation.  David was very meticulous about cleaning the imprint of the old toilets, so that the new toilets looked like there were sitting new tile.  He leveling the new toilets and tested each toilet so that they flushed as advertised and use 1.28-GPF or lower. <br /> My wife and I were both very satisfied with the installation of the new toilets.  They look beautiful, they are very quiet, there is a much shorter flush time and we are now saving lots of water and will be reducing the cost of our water bill. <br /> We both would highly recommend Dave Sargent's Plumbing for any future plumbing job that you may have. <br /> <br /> <br />

Gave us a two hour window and was there early in the window. Replaced the part quickly and for a reasonable price.
