The TV in the family room is crooked on the wall and the sound bar wires were not hidden. Also, we paid for an HDMI switch which this provider did not have with him but said he would order and come back to install it so we could have the HD DVD and Blue Ray players both hooked up to the TV.  After over a year of calling Michael Chunn on a regular basis about the item we paid for but did not receive and numerous promises that he'd "forgotten" about the switch but would install it for us ASAP, it is obvious he has no intentions of following through and performing the work he has been paid for. Not only is he unprofessional and unethical, he is a crook as he has been paid for a product and service he did not perform. We are now unable to call him as it is apparent he has blocked our phone number. <br /> On 2/13/16 we had someone else come out to help with service on the basement TV and were advised the installation on it was not done properly. Mr. Chunn ran an extension cord through the wall which is apparently against code according to the man that performed our recent service. We are senior citizens and feel we were taken advantage of by Mr. Chunn and would not recommend anyone use him to do work in their home. <br />

These two gentlemen did a great job! The job took a little longer than expected, but I liked the fact that they took their time and installed everything correctly the first time. Price was very fair and reasonable considering the quality of work that was done. I would definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone needing the same type of work. <br />

Ours was a very complicated job as a prior contractor had botched our home theater installation and we were not able to use the system.  None of several other installers we called could determine why.  Satellite and Cable Solutions patiently worked through our equipment and found the problem. They corrected the previous poor work and recommended updates to our system.  After discussing with us prices and equipment, they installed a wonderful system which included new concealed wiring, wall speakers, remote and receiver. The job took several days as they professionally completed the install.  They then came back and installed our new Samsung Ultra TV and DVD player.  During the entire process, Satellite and Cable Solutions worked around our schedules and they made sure we understood how to work all of the components.  We highly recommend Satellite and Cable Solutions for their fair pricing and professionalism and will use them for additional jobs. <br />

The total installation took 2.5 hours and went very smoothly and professionally. It was tricky because it was a "real" fireplace and not a firebox with Sheetrock above it so they had to lower the wiring down from the attic between joists.  They provided all the materials and had them available on their truck.  The TV looks great, no wires show and all the components work great, they tested them before leaving.  I was most impressed that they laid a drop cloth over the carpet and fireplace before starting their work and vacuumed up all the sheet rock dust and debris when they were finished. <br /> I highly recommend them for their professionalism, pricing, and expertise! <br />

These 2 guys did an amazing job of doing everything right. It took almost 8 hours for them to finish the job. Eventhough it might seem like a little slow, but there do it with utmost perfection and I have no words to describe how amazingly wonderful these guys are. The did exactly the way I wanted it without any fuss. <br /> <br /> Mine was a very complicated systems with pulling 4 HDMI wires from a different hidden compartment to the back of the walls and i asked them to setup up 3 different power outlets and in the colors I wanted to match my decor. They went to home depot just to get the right kind of equipment to get the job done. <br /> <br /> The appointment was for 1:00 PM but they came by 4:00 PM and were working till 12:00 in the night. That's the only thing little off about them, but they made up for it with the higest quality of work. <br /> <br /> I'm glad I picked them and would be happy to use them again to install the Home theatre system.

It was incredible.  Replaced cable, splitters, added an hdmi cable for a new tv, worked for six hours.  Only wanted to charge $200.  I had to pay them more! <br />

<p>We recently purchased a home that had an existing TV over fireplace.  We wanted to replace our TV with existing TV.  When we removed existing TV we realized that this was much more complicated with at least 10 wires coming out a hole in the wall then we could handle.  I contacted Mike thru Angie's list he was very prompt in contacting me and was very accommodating in coming out to my home the very next day.  He assessed the situation we had and advised what the best course of action was.  He completed the job immediately.  Very pleasant man and Brandon his assistant was very polite.  They are a great team and work very very well together.  I will definitely be calling Mike back for future service that I need. </p> <br />

These guys were awesome ! Professional, professional, professional. Super knowledgeable.  I was so grateful that they were able to do the work. My television was above a fireplace and in a setback space. <br /> They were able to come in do the work and get things in a tough spot without any issues! <br /> Thanks for the great job guys !!!! <br />

They took forever to complete the job. They complained about how difficult the job was, and left a huge mess of cords behind our equipment. It was a frustrating experience. <br />

Service provider was friendly and easy to work with. They were late but they let me know. They cleaned up afterward and ledt minimal signs of them being there. Installation looks great and would hire them again.

We're very satisfied with the work that was done. They were a little late arriving, but contacted us to let us know they were running behind. These guys came in and did a wonderful job perfectly mounting the TV over the fireplace and running cables in the wall, making sure everything was set up right for the components connecting to the TV. <br /> The finished product looks just great and the cable outlet boxes look professional. <br /> Their rates are competitive (or better) and they make sure they understand what it is you're wanting to accomplish before tackling the job. <br /> We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others! <br />

<p>See above .  When your are going into someone's home, you should minimize the risk of mess, and do what you can to both avoid, and have the equipment for avoidance and cleanup. This provider  had neither . It has been Two weeks and I am stlll vacuuming wall board dust and washing clothes that were in the room.   </p>

Although contraqctor ran late, they did call. Upon arrival they went straight to work after asking what my end desired result was for the job. Installation was done well and installation looks great. Contractor checked all systems connected to the TV to insure everything worked well. Contractor cleaned up dust and dirt from area. <br />

I absolutely LOVED my experience with this provider. The installers were very polite and personable. They asked me what I thought every step of the process and gave me really helpful suggestions. The install was very quick and they cleaned up afterward. I will definitely call them again for similar service. <br />
