It was a wonderful experience working with SAT! They always responded quickly, and got back to us when they said they would! The plans Eric laid out for us were exactly what we wanted, and the installers were hard working and efficient, even blowing our leaves off of the grass every day before they left. We will continue to use SAT for our landscaping needs in the future!

I was pleased through the entire process with SAT. They worked with us and made great recommendations on how to proceed with our lawn plans. They got the work done quickly and it surpassed our expectations. I would definitely recommend using SAT.

Fantastic from start to finish!

Our experiences have always been done in timely manner, professional, on time, knowledgeable, hard working, excellent job. 

They sourced and installed ten 12' emerald arborvites which are very difficult to find. They also did our spring clean up of all out mulch beds. The initial order was for 8 trees but once they were installed we decided that we needed 2 more trees, within 24 hours the 2 additional trees were installed. Just a great job by S.A.T.!

Excellent service and excellent company. SAT was very professional and service was top notch. Communication was great from the very first appointment with the sales rep/ designer throughout the entire process.

To say that S.A.T. Landscape exceeded my expectations is beyond an understatement. After obtaining several quotes from competitive companies in the area it was clear to me that the right choice was S.A.T. Landscaping. Not only were they the most reasonably priced company … from the moment I called them, there was a distinct difference in the level of customer service that I received from them. Renee was the first person I spoke to and not only was she extremely professional, she was personable and treated me like a friend, not a customer. She spent a long time on the phone with me not only going over the issues I was experiencing and explaining options and services they could provide to me … she took the time to get to know me so that she could truly understand my needs. She made me feel comfortable and valued, the customer service she provided to me was absolutely above and beyond and for that I could not be more grateful. Renee put me in touch with Fort, the owner, who displayed the same level of customer service – just astounding. Their communication and explanation of everything from start to finish was exemplary. S.A.T. Landscaping was not only extremely customer service oriented and professional … THEY WERE PUNCTUAL!!! This to me is something that you cannot put a price on. They were respectful of my time and valued my business. They were efficient from start to finish and never left me feeling out of the loop. Every step they took – they explained to my husband and I along the way. Fort had exceptionally creative ideas to enhance what my husband and I were looking to do and he was even able to use stone that was already on our property that saved us a ton of money!!! They were so clean and respectful of our property that we hardly knew they were there! The materials S.A.T. Landscaping used were all high-end and have taken our property to the next level. The work not only improved the look of our entire home – it drastically increased our property value. S.A.T. Landscaping saved us a lot of stress, a lot of time and a lot of money. Wonderfully from start to finish!!

It went very well. management and employees went out of their way to do everything perfectly despite weather issues.

I usually hate working with service companies because they never show up when they are suppose to, however, this was NOT the case!! From start to finish, they were professional, timely, worked neat and clean and installed a beautiful project. And...their pricing was very competetive. ( i got three quotes) I highly recommend S.A.T. Landscape and will use them again for any of my outdoor needs!!

We first met with Eric to go over plans for the new landscaping. He was very accommodating to our needs and didn't mind the fact that we made changes along the way. He was very flexible and extremely knowledgeable about what kind of plants would work in our new landscape plan. <br /> About six weeks later, they began demolition of our existing sidewalk and taking out the old shrubbery and an aging Magnolia. They even trimmed it back to see if it could be saved before taking it out. From our standpoint, the Magnolia had gotten too big and would not have gone with the new landscape. <br /> Zack and Arturo were the primary people working with us and they were very professional and almost became part of our family after a few days. <br /> The landscaping was great, but the paver sidewalk and what became almost an upfront patio was absolutely fantastic. <br /> I'm not sure we could have accomplished such a major change to our house in any other way. <br /> We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any of our friends or neighbors. <br /> <br /> <br />

First after given a proposal I signed it and mailed it with down payment. I was given a call and told that they could not complete all services for the proposal amount. I did agree to allow them to go ahead with all other services. The service was very poor quality. They left a huge mess behind. Did not edge all beds. Did not lay mulch in all areas and mulched areas that we have never mulched before. The mulch was laid around 2 of our 3 bushes just on top of the grass around the bushes. They also pulled ALL the wildflower plants in my wildflower bed and my herbs that I had planted in my butterfly garden. They also pulled all but 3 of my Blue Liriope that I have in one of my beds. They did return to finish cleaning up the mess that was left behind after calling them. Today they were supposed to return to replant all the plants that they pulled. No one showed up and no one called to explain why. At this point I would say our contract is void. <br />
