Saul & Ben went beyond my expectations. The exterior paint job of the house looks super fantastic, an excellent job....fast response time, plus while pressure washing, they cleaned the downspouts because they were clogged from fir needles and the gutters were over flowing. They also pressured the moss off the chimney. I was always informed of all aspects related to the job.....trees & brushes that required pruning to provide an excellent paint job.

Saul and his sons make a great team! They are very fair in price, thorough, professional detailed work, personable , and hardworking! We are very please with our newly painted home!

What an amazing team. My home is on the water, and it had been years since new paint had been applied, not to mention the brick and knotty pine also covering the outside. They were punctional and on time for the estimate meeting, had excellent follow-up. When ready to paint, they arrived on time took excellent care to make sure everything NOT to be painted was covered, which took some time; arrived the next day, as usual on time, started painting and were finished that evening. Saul also found something that we had missed in the original meeting that needed to be taken care of and in his normal Best Job attitude took care of it. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing house painting done. GREAT JOB, Saul, THANK YOU!

Saul’s team was great. We hired them to paint the outside of our house. They were professionally and take a lot of pride in their work. Our house was not easy to paint - it’s very old and required a lot of detailed trim work. The team was great at communicating some of those challenges (old wood, poorly primed in past jobs) and explained how they would do their best to fix them. Some old house problems are just really hard to make perfect. And they really did do a great job. Their estimate was reasonable and comparable to others. Mid-project when they realized it was going to be a bigger project then expected, we discussed rates. And we are still very happy with the final cost and high quality of the work. They kept the workspace clean and did a very good clean up at the end of the project. We hope to hire them again for interior painting.

Look no further - Saul is your guy. Saul and his team were super efficient/organized, punctual and detailed with the prep on our split level, so that the final product was more than we even hoped for. They were very fair on price (some other estimates were 2-3x more) and a great team to work with throughout the process; they even went out of their way to call most of the SW stores due to the paint shortage and found the gloss we were looking for, even though it took a few hours to call around and pick up. They were very accommodating to small asks throughout the project and would provide recommendations that we appreciated. Would recommend 10/10 for any job, large or small.

Saul Cabrera and his son Benjamin did a great job and were very fast and professional. They prepped and painted my whole 2100 sq foot house in 3 days including adding Insuladd, an insulating paint additive to the paint. The covered or tied back a significant amount of landscaping and cleaned up to. I have a lot of experience with contractors and was definitely impressed with these two. I hope to have them come back this winter for interior painting.

Right from the start, we knew our experience with Saul was going to be great. Other companies that we asked to give a bid on painting our house only measured the exterior, never talked to us about how they would prep the house, and in one case they failed to even give us a quote on the project. If you take care of your home and want a professional to do the work, then look no than Saul. When they arrived to quote the project, they walked around, pointed out areas where they would need to patch or caulk. Saul closely examined the soffits and downspouts and talked about how they would treat and paint those. And they gave us a quote on the spot (unlike Ravenna Painting who showed up late, never spoke to us, and took over a month to submit their quote). After we gave them the colors that we wanted for the house, it was full-steam ahead! Saul and his son prepped the house one afternoon, primed the troubled soffits, and our house was finished three days later. Saul knows what he's doing, and the quality in their work shines through (literally, if you go with a satin finish!). Saul's been painting houses and doing other work in the Seattle area for 25+ years. He puts a lot of care into his work, and takes pride in what he does. Every evening, they'd walk around the house, touching up here or there, and they cleaned up during their evening walkarounds, too. Overall, working with Saul was a wonderful experience, and we're so pleased with how our house looks. They really transformed our mid-80s beige split-level and made it look new. Picking someone to do a job can be scary. I hired them by chance and it ended up being the best choice I could have made. Even my neighbors were talking about how detailed they were and they told me I was very lucky. They surpassed my expectations and I couldn't have gotten a better job. Once I talked to them I realized they were honest and authentic. They did a lot of work for a more then fair price. Both parties benefited I hope, although I told them they need to charge more. I can tell, once more people find out about these guys I bet they will have more work then they know what to do with. My house is the nicer on my street.
