They did an excellent job the opening to the crawl space had to expanded to allow entry of a man, and Saunders was able to do this. They installed a bathroom fan , so that the fan could be vented to the outdoors instead of into the Attic. Saunders personnel were able to tell me what they saw while down in the crawl space, which included other issues that I will need to resolve in the future, but which I'm glad to be made aware of. Per my brother who is an engineer, Saunders did an excellent job of both lining and insulating the crawl space and insulating the attic. My brother is picky so I can recommend Saunders installation specialist.

They did a complete home energy audit and gave me an itemized estimate so I could choose what aspects I wanted done. I chose to do everything they recommended. They removed old insulation and put in insulation up to 49R, removed mold and corrected venting for a bath fan that had not been properly vented to the out of doors. And a lot more. I was very pleased with their work. And they were FUN to work with and I learned a lot.

I was concerned that they did the energy audit and I had them do the job.  I need not have worried.  They refunded the cost of the audit, obtained all the rebates I was entitled to by law, and came right away.  Every step of the way they answered my questions gladly and showed me exactly what they were doing.  Add to all that they cleaned up everything and made arrangements for the Energy Star people to do their inspection.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat. <br />
