I had used SaveRoofs 2 years ago for maintenance-cleaning, treatment and shingle replacement and had begun to replace my roof by thirds as an option we could afford. Though I had some issues with the company over its communication with techs in the field at that time, I did feel the work was sounds and the value good. When my homeowner’s insurer announced I needed a new roof or face policy termination, I called SaveRoofs for a bid. Owner Jon Magers came promptly, gave me a thorough idea of how he’d arrive at my estimate providing a refreshing level of transparency. To further make his bid competitive, he credited the money I’d paid for former work done with him to the cost of this job-because the company had not been able to “save my roof”. This type of business model is unheard of-unprompted discounts. Jon kept in communication with me nearly daily to let me know what to expect and to answer the many questions I had for him. His crew consisted mostly of a pleasant, skilled and respectful man named Carlos. The final product is beautiful. My landscaping was completely unharmed and all debris was removed daily. Save Roofs did an excellent job, in a reasonable time frame, for a remarkably low price. The terms of payment were very forgiving and the work/shingle warranty were the highest the industry offers. Very pleased. Would recommend without reservation.

They were much less than another quote and did so much more! It was quick, they cleaned up their mess, did everything they said they would do. The man doing the work was a very good worker. They noticed some things we need to have fixed and replaced to keep the roof healthy and we will be having them back for the repair work. Very happy with them. Far better than who we have used before. We have very steep inclines and two buildings attached.

We hired Save Roofs to repair a leak in our recently purchased house. Although we are happy with the final product, there were a lot of bumps along the way leading me to not recommend this company. The two biggest red flags we experienced were Save Roofs hiring a third party to complete the project without our knowledge, and increasing the bid for the project midway through. In the case of the cost increase, this was due to finding our decking under the roof also needed to be replaced, but the roofers tore off the entire roof before informing us of this. Thus leaving us with a fully exposed roof in the winter, so the additional 3k wasn’t much of an option, rather a requirement. The project was completed quickly, with the roofers even finishing up on a Saturday, but we will not be hiring them for future projects.

Gutters were cleaned and flushed, Saw pictures of roof repairs that needed to be done. That estimate was very reasonable. Roof repairs were preformed and look good.

Save Roofs was easy to work with. They were prompt and knowledgeable and did the job as promised. We will use them again

Technician was professional and courteous. Job was done quickly. They answered my questions before and after the job. I don't know how the silicone treatment for the flat roof will do for the leak yet.

Initially the person who photographed our roof by drone messed up. However company stood up to it and earned our respect and did a great job.

I asked for input on fixing a leak evident from an interior ceiling stain. They did not give any input at all on that issue. Mostly, the visit seemed to be focused on attempts to upsell roof replacement options. Later, I paid a reputable roofer to address the leak, and they quickly identified and replaced corroded rubber flanges around vent pipes.

This company helped me before they even got hired! Our roof was leaking during the rainiest time. They came out and patched it up and gave us different estimate options and didn't pressure us as to which one to choose from. Anthony was awesome, his crew too. Always available and ready to assist. Very reasonable pricing too. Again, nothing negative to say.

They were very resposive to our urgent need and were really good at communicating via phone and email regarding services. I needed someone to fix a leak quickly and they fit us into the schedule the day I called to get the leak stopped until a permanent fix could be done. There was a delay in the shipping of our chimney cap but they kept us informed and on the schedule until it came.

Save Roofs found the sources around the dormers repaired the dormers, stopping the leaks. I refinished my living room ceiling for the fourth and last time. Thank you Save Roof.

Excellent. The young man who came out was friendly and professional. He worked hard and did an excellent job. And he cleaned up well once he finished the job.

Perfect! Mica was right on time and did a great job. He was mindful of the drainage system that I have and removed all the moss/needles from my gutters without flushing the gutters.
