Gary was able to come out and give us a quote almost immediately and brought samples with him which was fantastic for selecting the right shingles. Several days before our scheduled install, extreme weather was forecasted, Joe communicated changes quickly and professionally on timeline changes. Questions about the process or special concerns were addressed promptly. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend Sawtooth Roofing Company to anyone looking to replace their roof.

The crew was on time every morning. Everyone that we interfaced with were good communicators and provided us with the information we needed. They are a pleasure to do business with.

I am happy with the new roof. These guys completed my roof in just under two days and it looks great. I did recommend Sawtooth Roofing to one of my coworkers that needs his roof replaced. Would definately use them again if I ever have to replace another roof.

After getting bids from 3 other roofing companies, and finally getting a last minute word of mouth recommendation from a friend, we met Tom with Sawtooth. Loved the transparency, and no-nonsense approach to this company's style. Not fancy, but super high quality. We got a much better estimate with them AND they felt more honest than the other bigger companies. In the end, our roof was done quickly, neatly, timely, and in the dead of winter on the east side of Portland (with a storm approaching!). They did AMAZING work! We've already told others about them and we want to make sure we left a positive review so others know about them, too. You always should get multiple bids, but if you're in a time pinch, just go with Sawtooth!

I enjoyed talking with Pete about the job/bid. He was very professional and straight forward about the job issues and bid and was a big part of my selecting Sawtooth Roofing. Pete was always very quick to get back to me on any questions and was great with follow through. The roofing crew worked incredibly hard even in wet weather and worked dawn til dusk. They seemed very competent and did a great job. They picked up debris and equipment at the end of each day and seemed very concientious about the job. The metal roof required a lot of detail and metal work and the crew was more than up to the job. I was impressed and left the crew a tip.

Extremely hard-working crew that was prompt, courteous and skilled. Easy to do business with, stuck to their estimate. I had special material and installationl requests that were followed with no problems or fuss. Would recommend to others.

The good: nice job, great price, decent communication, seemed honest and straightforward, were friendly The bad: left some extraneous parts and debris in my yard, left 2 jackets, clogged up some rain gutters, went 1 1/2 days longer than ETA, showed up late the first day
