First - Mary was great help in the initial phone call, straight up with pricing, explaining different options and was able to arrange service the very next day during busy season. When Waylon came out not only was he very friendly, he discussed all the issues with us throughly and offered several things for the future. Extremely neat with the cleaning process of the chimney, overall experience was top notch. We will be using them going forward for our spring cleaning of chimney.
