I have hired Kevin Sawyer for a few repair projects in apartments that I manage. I find Kevin to be responsible, polite and easy to work with. He is capable of doing multiple handyman tasks, will arrange with the tenant a day he can go in and keeps me informed of what is going on with the repair. As a manager I appreciate that communication. I would not hesitate to hire him for repairs and plan to do so in the future.

I’m from out of town and wanted Sawyer Solutions to hang 10 paintings for me in my sons apartment. Since I was leary bout using someone I was not familiar with. Sawyer Solutions came thru with FLYING COLORS. Kevin is sooo incredibly kind and professional. He spent quite a while making sure these paintings were hung in the most professional way. Kevin did a really great job. We needed to bring our stairs to code - the railing was too low and uneven and there weren't any spindles, leaving a big gap between the railing and the floor. He brought our stairs to code and painted the new railing to match the trim in our home. He did his best to repair unforeseen things - for example, our stairs are carpeted and to attach the new railing he needed to get an L-bracket underneath the carpeting which required a removal/reattachment of the carpeting and removing the old railing impacted the wood on the floor a bit and created a small crack, which he filled and stained to attempt to match our wood grain. He also repaired our pocket door, which fell off the track the night before he was scheduled to come for the stairs. We have a very old house, so a number of complicated things (really steep stairs, solid wood door trim that's really hard to remove, etc.) and he managed all of it really well and did the best job that could be done.

Sawyer Solutions did a great job child proofing our home. Kevin was very responsive with a quote and scheduling the job. He installed baby gates, latches, secured bookshelves through our home. We plan on using him again for more work around our house!

Excellent service, punctual and detailed work

It went flawlessly. Kevin was on time & had all the necessary tools to do the job. He assembled a tv stand/console that came with less than helpful directions. He got it done right & it looks great. The project was very affordable. Kevin and his wife replaced my exterior door in a day and did a great job. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and will hire again for future projects
