Where do I begin? John the owner refuses to see the short comings in the work. States he fulfilled his contract. He did not. Left a mess on my roof. Concrete all over and said it doesn’t ruin a roof. Cracked my dormer and refuse to replace the shingles. Didn’t install the chimney cap correctly. There was raw wood, the mortar was crumbling, no storm collar or drip edge. After arguments he finally sent guys out to fix it…it’s better but still not right ( and during this time got confrontational and tried to start a fight with my husband, called me a ***** and told me to suck his dick…yes you read that correctly.). They didn’t Tyvex correctly so where the mortar is thin water will get in and rot the wood framing. Bricks already cracking at the base and he refuses to replace. Wish I could attach photos and his insulting texts and the video of him raging out when we asked him to repair his work and what he broke. This isn’t even the half of it. Half way through the job I overheard his workers saying he was in jail for domestic violence ( so when he’s raging out that felt great knowing his history). He complained to me about his bank holding my cashiers check…not my problem, a cashiers check is as good as cash unless the bank account is in the negative. That was between his bank and him. That’s just the major stuff. Minor things…didn’t tarp my deck so there is concrete all over it. Concrete on my windows, screens and siding. Aside from concrete all over the roof there was also chewing tobacco all over up there too. One of his guys got hurt on the job and John said the guy should sue me. He fell off John’s equipment and it should be o. John’s insurance.
