"We appreciate your feed back. There were multiple change orders to the original job you hired us to do. Having to go back and forth for equipment and miscellaneous materials becuase of the change orders. Also, completing the excavation of your monolithic slab which you then decide to cancel the job becuase of another company not communicating with you. We offered to complete the job. However, you declined our offer. It's unfortunate that we could not finish the job we were hired to complete due to the lack of communication of another company.
