the job was done professionally, on time, with no surprises. We had a great group of guys working non stop until project was complete. Always kept us in the loop especially after we left for vacation half way thru the job. Sent us pictures and called to keep us informed. Would definitely recommend!!! A plus job!!!

Went great..we chose parco windows, mastic siding with versetta stone accent on the front. The stone was a first for Schloesser Construction so the researched 1st and came prepared. The did a wonderful job and we are very please. Mike was diplomatic in guiding us with our choices and helped us make solid choices. Very pleased with quality, looks of the work/products. Steve and his crew were fantastic as well. Sorry for all the wasps guys.

The owner was easy to work with. He explained the work steps clearly. Crew knew ahead of time what had to bee done that day and who's task it was to do it. The crew chief was always watching to make sure things were done correctly,and the owner came by several times to check on progress. When all was finished we did a walk around to see if everything was up to my OK.  <br />

Work was done daily from start to finish- (no delays no days off)

They showed up when they said they would. They did a super good job. The entire crew was very professional in all areas.

160+ year old home w/bad windows and old brick house challenges. Mike Steve and the crew worked thru those challenges and the results are amazing great contractor to work with!

We are real happy with them. He doesn't advertise, it is all word of mouth. He is very good. <br /> It was a year long project, from July to July. There was a lot of work done. It was a fair price. It wasn't the most expensive, it wasn't the cheapest, it was fair. You get what you pay for. <br /> They sided the garage, they sided the shed, they sided the house, they installed windows, they installed doors. They did some fabrication work. They closed up windows that we didn't want and doors that we didn't want. They worked with us, if we could buy the materials cheaper. We bought certain things, they bought certain things. They were real workable. They gave us their advice. They listened to the customer and what the customer really wanted. He came out numerous times over that year and  he broke the job down into sections. So, like, the shed was so much and the garage was so much and the house was so much. He'd come out and sit down and have coffee with us and say, okay, this section is going to be this much, I need half down and when the job was down he would come and get his money. He was very prompt about that. Very much on top of it all, anything that we didn't think was right, they fixed. If they were going to do it one way and I didn't think it was right, Mike would come out and say, you know you're right. A lot of guys just come and slap the siding on. they did a lot of extra work before you get to the siding part where the owner wouldn't notice but 15 years from now, you'd notice. I'm real happy with him and his workers. He does subcontract the door installation because he has a guy that is very meticulous about doors. We had a dutch door put in. This guy specializes in putting in doors, that's all he does. It took him three days to install the door but it's perfect. Mike pays this guy per door, so it doesn't matter if it takes him a day or three days but he is very good at what he does. <br /> We went around to look at Mike's work. He gave us addresses and we went around to look and talk with people that had his work and they were real happy with him.
