The final cost was 90% above the original estimate. This was a straight forward job: loading 55 boxes of books on a lift, using a cart, then loading the boxes on a truck park directly in front of the lift. The job would have taken two people less than an hour to completet. As it happened, one person left to do another job and came back 45 minutes later. He then help load the boxes that were next to the truck on it. They wanted to charged an outrageous amount $390, we negotiated it down to 350 plus tax. The original estimate was $195.

They came and did the hard work I didn’t want to do...removing beds and heavy items my mom no longer needed for a cost not much higher then that of me renting a dumpster...4 rooms of this stuff was gone in 2.5 hours and they cleaned up...to date I have never hired a home advisor referral that has not performed well Joe
