This was a rather complex screen enclosure addition that required precise engineering, design, and creativity to blend with existing unusual roof lines. Every step of the way, everyone at Schnorr was superb to work with. It is impossible to say enough good things about this company and its representatives.

This was our second project with Schnorr. We were extremely pleased. Our sales person Joe thankfully envisioned our needs and so all went smoothly. The installers showed up on time and were very courteous and helpful and all questions were answered. The end product looks exactly what I wanted. I would definetly use them again

I can't recommend Schnorr more highly. They were prompt, communicated well, friendly, and skilled. They did a great job rebuilding the deck and screen enclosure. They recommended a roofer and painter who coordinated their work with Schnorr and did a great job at a reasonable price. Working with contractors is usually a hassle. With Schnorr, it was a pleasure.

It went really well. Schnorr Home Improvements has taken very good care of us, from the initial sales meetings about getting a lanai built 6 years ago, thorough the actual construction of that lanai, and some additions to it since. We originally had the lanai built for glass but went with just screening to start. But after a few years we decided to glass it in. Again, their service from sales through construction and maintenance has been outstanding. I would do business with them again in a blink!

professional from start to finish - I called Andrew long distance - he looked at the job and gave us an estimate in one day - when I expressed concern about the total, he told us how to do some of the prep work ourselves to reduce the cost - we were on a tight time frame and he managed to fit us in - his people were on time and very competent - completed the job in less than 3 hours - they matched a door that had previously been installed on the opposite side of the deck with a door that was better quality - all the framing was square - all the screen edges were neat - they were personable and they cleaned up everything before they left - it was very likely a small job for them - but it made a big impression on us!

I saw Schnorr Home Improvement at the Home and Patio Show and am very glad I used them. Everything from the estimate to the actual work was done on time and as promised. They replaced my existing screened porch frame to accommodate windows and added custom sized windows and a door. They are professional and responsive. <br />

Philip Hughes came out and showed us different options we could do to screen our back porch.  He scoped the area and took  measurement. the area to determine what was needed.  I was undecided as to just screening or using the sliding glass windows.  He invited us to come to their warehouse and see their products, which we did.  He sent us email with severeal drawing after discussing what I had in mind that I wanted.  I was in a delimna as to add the windows or leave them open.  Philip said they could build the screens for the windows and later if I decided I wanted to add them it wouldn't be that much to fit them in.  So we agreed on that scenerio.  They were scheduled to start and I had to ask for a delay due to the horrendeous porject I had going with Green Machine Project Company for window replacements.  Due to the problems we were experiencing with that company, we had to delay  the porch project a couple months.  Schnorr Company was very courteous and just stated to let them know when we wanted them to start and they would schedule it.  When we scheduled, they came our and measured evertyhing exactly to ensure they maded everything to fit..  The next day the people showed up for work and and was extremely cold that day. WeI finally told them to leave and come bace later, it was too cold.  They appreciated the opportunity and left for the day.  They were there ready for work the next day and completed the project within two days.  It looks great and we are very pleased.  After a couple days there I decided I needed something done at the end of the stucco and they came out the next day and put a border around  it and that added that finishing touch.  They were all very professional and efficient.  We had no problems with the project at all.  I highly recommend them for any project.  They cleaned everything up and very professional. <br />

This our second project with Schnorr. They built an additional covered patio for hubby's BBQ, removed existing iron fence around our pool and built the most amazing screen enclosure over all our patios and pool. The team is professional and easy to work with. Doug Schnorr, the owner was out three times during the project ensuring all the measurements were precise ensuring the end product was perfect.

It went very well.  The lanai went up on schedule, including the site preparation, pest treatment, concrete work, aluminum, roof and screens.  The lanai is built to add windows later, for now it's all screened in.  We have had two service calls since, to replace a screen that a squirrel chewed and improve the drainage in one corner, and for these activities the contractor was right on schedule with appropriate pricing.  I would use this company again in a heartbeat! <br />

They were highly responsive and came in on time and on budget. In short, they explained exactly what they'd do - and did exactly what they said. Very professional throughout; I especially appreciated the consultative approach and willingness to be flexible on requests like including an outdoor shower and plant hangers within the enclosure. <br />

While they also replaced the foam insulation, the price seems a bit high. I trust them to do an outstanding job though so the extra $$ is worth it to me. I still have a few drips when it rains a lot.

It went great. Because of the weather things took a little longer than I expected but the finished product is well worth it. The workers were friendly and hard working and they took care to do everything just right. The sunroom is all that I wanted and more. An egress window in the bedroom was necessary by code and it looks great. I would most definitely recommend this company. <br />

Excellent.  Salesman (Joe) was professional, courteous and informative.  Quote was provided within a few days as promised.  Once we contracted, they handled all permits, approvals (HOA, county, etc.).  Construction began in timeframe quoted.  Workers were professional and neat!  They did a fantastic job.  Quality construction materials and work.  I expect it will stand the test of time.   <br /> After completion we had a minor problem with our HOA on closeness of a concrete step to our property line and they would not provide final approvals.  Schnor came back and demolished the "offending" step and rebuilt a smaller one that passed our very tight code. -- No CHARGE!   I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality construction at a fair price -- and one who makes sure you are satisfied!  I would definitely use them again. <br />

This is the second time we've chosen Schnorr Home Improvement for our home projects. Last year they modified my screen enclosure, adding a covered area and expanding my screened area. This year it was three very different projects in my garage and office area. This was once again a very positive experience. Doug Schnorr is a true professional and is easy to work with. His team also were very good to work with and did a fine job on the three projects. Each required some unique work, such as installing supports over the new larger garage opening and the new door. I had great confidence that they would do the right thing and we are very pleased with the finished project. <br /> They actually did some little extras on the work, such as grinding down the concrete where the old post was located to make a smoother finish for the new door. <br /> I will definitely choose this company again for my home projects. It was an overall great experience. <br /> <br />
