"Thank you for your feedback. We are always committed to delivering the best possible cleaning results and we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed. During our initial walk-through, our technicians identified several deep food and drink stains that required specialized stain treatments in order to fully remove. We explained this and offered those treatments for a small additional cost, and we completely understand that you chose not to move forward with them. Even so, our team went above and beyond by using professional agitation equipment at no extra charge in an effort to improve the results as much as possible. Unfortunately, some stains simply cannot be fully removed without the proper specialty products, especially when they have been present for some time. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and are always happy to discuss stain treatment options if you would like us to return."
