BEWARE Of Michael Schultz and son, their painting company can change names Started off good, but job is not complete, a lot of missed spots on everything painted. Only partially paid. May be related to painting in dark and rushing to complete. Does not check areas painted by helpers to ensure completeness. Told me to provide a list of tasks that needed to be completed. They started the list, now I have railing with no paint it. So instead of fixing and completing the job, they blocked my number. I did not abuse calls. Inquired about completing job once a week. Told they would be there on Tuesday or after a different job. I have photos but can not attach to review. They could have had a rating of an A but because the job is incomplete and they ghost me, the rating is a D.

Mike Sr and Jr were friendly. The cost that they estimated was to good for me to pass on. They told the job would take 2-3 days, it took a week. Told us they would be here 8:00-8:30AM, they never arrived before 9:30. The painting job is terrible!!! We have had to go over spots on the walls. Painted one bedroom door the wrong color. The trim and doors had to be repainted. They were sloppy, paint dropped on to the carpet and the hardwood stain is all over the carpet. They were told I would be pulling up the carpets, but not when. We had to continually remind them what area to paint. The client will need to check everything they do and write a task list for them. This experience was horrendous. It tells me I got what I paid for. I will never hire them again or recommend to family or friends.

It was excellent, he's really good. They were very polite, treated the customer really good, I had no complaints, and they were neat and clean.
