Dedicated to high quality and artistic coatings with unparalleled qualities. Willie's been taking care of concrete for twenty years and his experience speaks for itself. Designs are free provided project is completed and paid. No payments are necessary until the sealant is applied, if the work is dis-satisfactory for any reason design work will be scoured and there will be no payment due. Rates are $3.25 per square foot.
