Scott and crew replaced my driveway, sidewalks, and an extensive patio. He was easy to work with and aided me with some areas of redesign. Scott is cognizant of current codes and site specific considerations. All his work looks and functions perfectly, including drainage. Replacement of my concrete was efficient and I'm confident it will last for many decades, improving the value of the home. This was money well spent. I told Scott that I was flexible about the date he started, but wanted the job done with no intervening delays. We agreed on a start date, and he told me that the job would take four days. He made me a bid, and I accepted. I did not seek other bids. <br /> He showed up on time, and two workers were on-site until the job was finished four days later - with about half an hour's cleanup on day 5. <br /> All workers were respectful of my convenience at all times, and appeared to really know their stuff. <br /> The patio, which involved a step to my rear door, allowance for a sewer clean-out access and access to existing foundation vents turned out beautifully, and the underlying construction gives me great confidence that it will look great for the life of the house. <br />

Existing cement demolition and removal went smoothly and quickly. Scott was ready to bring in an arborist if the root situation called for one (it didn't). The crew showed up promptly in the mornings and were packed and cleared up by 5 p.m. or so. By Oct 31, the gravel and rebar were in place and very well "caution"-taped off so Trick-or-Treaters were not at risk that evening. The concrete delivery and pour was on time and everything was done right to maintain ideal curing conditions. The site was left spotlessly clean of any debris or concrete remnants.

All went well. The slab turned out smooth and well finished. Scott and crew were pleasant to work with.. <br />
