Scott Jones called me within 5 minutes of submitting my request. I asked him to price several types of water heaters and he always got back to me promptly. Installation was quick and his pricing was competitive. Would recommend him to anyone!

Our waterheater started leaking in the middle of the night. Scott Jones called us first thing in the morning, and was at our house by 11 am. Mr. Jones didn't like the old water pipes we had, but was able to complete the job, and with a bigger waterheater then the one we had. Overall he did a good job.

Scott called me right away. He came to my home within 2 hours and completed the job quickly. I wasn't even expecting to be able to get a new water heater installed the same day! Very good work, too. I highly recommend Scott Jones Plumbing.

Got the job done quickly on a Saturday!! That was great, I was at a meeting all day and he was willing to coordinate with my father-in-law and get the job done. We has some issues getting the inspector out, but it seemed to be more on the part of the inspector. Overall, I would recommend them and use them again.
