It went fine except a few problems in communication and one area of clean-up

They do good work and a great job of cleaning up. They will go above and beyond expectations.

this was an amazing experience. we have had firewood delivered before. The quality was far better than we expected. it was super dry and cut evenly. I called, spoke with the owner, he had his son here at our home in 20 minutes. They really went above and beyond. They drove it to the site so we wouldn't have to carry it. The young man even helped mt husband stack it. Super fast and the night before Christmas eve- on a Saturday! So affordable! They will have a customer for life for any of their many services that we will need. Thanks!

Excellent work! The gentleman that Scott sent out was detailed about the work he would do, it was done perfectly. Would hire him again for future work that needs to be done.

Excellent. It was a very difficult job and they did a wonderful job. They even removed the leaves (looked better than before they started) and saved the wood for us and stacked it in our wood rack. Attached are photos to state the size of the trees removed compared to two story home and In progress picture

The quoted price was $1200 but into the job, Scott wanted 300 more dollars/bring cost to $1500, unexpected tot. plus he didn't honor the 15% on his Angie's List Bk coupon.

Scott showed up on time with a large crew to get the job done in a timely manner.

They were fantastic. So knowledgeable and helpful. Landscape looked terrific when they left. They cleaned up every leaf, branch and twig.

Scott's Circle City Tree Care cut down 2 trees to my satisfaction but failed to replace a cable wire they lowered. And also didn't clean neighbor's yard satisfactory and also failed to replace fencing they removed, as promised.

Scott Settles met w/ me on the afternoon after the morning phone call and discussed my tree situation. I am happy that he convinced me to not "top the trees". But rather, thin them, side cut & shape them. The work was done on time and was priced right.

It was a family affair, and we were amazed at how everyone went on their jobs and got everything trimmed, treated, the yards and gardens cleaned up, and were gone in 7 hours time!!

Because the owner had a personal commitment, he could not supervise the job. I did not feel the workers were as knowledgeable about the proper way to prune the trees.

Len and Katrina came out and shaped up the tree and cut down a large burning bush, and hauled it all away. Also had Len cut off a large limb that was hanging over the house. This was $150 extra, but thought it was worth it considering the size of the limb and work involved.

Scott was extremely knowledgeable about every tree and bush species, diseases etc. He pointed out issues with my trees that I hadn't even noticed and explained what needed to be done to repair the problems. By the time he was finished my yard was transformed into something worthy of a magazine cover. Aside from the tree trimming, he trimmed all my bushes and pulled all the mulch away from every trunk. He even trimmed branches from trees not in the original estimate. The price was extremely fair, he and his crew were very professional. I am so proud of my yard and would recommend his services to anyone in need. I wouldn't think any job would be too big or too small. He takes pride in his work and it shows.

We were very impressed at the level and quality of service we received from Scott and his team. They arrived on time and completed the job as promised. They left our backyard looking nicer than when they started. We will absolutely be hiring Scott and his team again in the future! Thank you, Scott!!!!

Went well. They were running a bit late but called in advance. Discussed scope of coupon and agreed on done additional work needed. Their crew showed up, completed the project as agreed. They were courteous and professional. I will likely use their services again in the future.

they showed up when they said they would. this is a large job with trees that are several stories tall. there are two parts to this project, so I will update this when they are completely finished.

not well not all work was preformed , did not return to finish work promised, would not return my calls

Scott and his team did a fantastic job! I've never seen a crew work so hard for so long! They were able to re-shape a very large tree and save it so it will grow in looking beautiful again. They had a big task with the mess from the storm. One of the larger branches fell on a wooden swing set, which was completely destroyed. They even went above and beyond to tear down and dispose of the swing set. All debris was removed, trash was hauled away, and firewood and mulch I wanted to keep left neatly piled. I think this amount of work would have taken most crews twice as long. They stay busy, so you may have to wait, but they are worth the wait!

Not very well, very hard to get a hold of them and when I did they charge more and they came out and were gone within twenty minutes I'd say, they just did not do, I think they came out look at it and tell me they'd be back I had said it could be done in between their jobs but they, they did clean up but they didn't do a great job.
