It went phenomenal. They did it in one day and they cleaned up and it was spotless . Everything that they said they would do, they did it. I have work with a lot of contractors , but Sean is the best, he responded immediately to my questions.

Scott's Roofing did an amazing job. I hired them to replace my garage roof last year and they did such a good job that I called him back you to replace my house roof as it had also reached the end of it's life. They were there within a week! Did 90% of the job on a Friday and finished work on Saturday Morning. I could not be happier with how much attention they paid to installation with proper details around the ridge drip and flashed edges. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

Bruce was very professional and friendly. He removed the cement from the steps in front of my house and replaced them with slate and brick to match my house and roof. I get lots of compliments on it! He gave me a very good price.

I have been talking to the salesmanager since April I started talking to him and it took me until about May to actually have him get to my house to give me a quote, because first he gave me a quote over the phone by looking at my house through Google Earth, then he gave me a $6, 000 estimate, which I thought was completely low. He came into my house in May and gave me a more reasonable estimate. He's urging me to sign the next day and they'll give me a 10% discount and we can start the next week; so, we were like okay. He wouldn't stop calling us until we agreed. I gave them a check for the deposit and they cashed it on June 4th,  my roof has still not been done. I understand that it was raining the whole month of June but now it is August. They had the whole month of July and they could have done this. I'm so close to cancelling and now it looks like they're actually going to be doing this next week. The quote process was fine. He was clear with what was going to be done and things that we wanted, but it seems like they're kind of laid back. I'm sure they have other things going on besides me but I feel like I'm being put on the back for now.

<p>The siding was replaced and it looks beautiful.   The crew arrived on time, worked tirelessly until 8pm each day.   They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away.   Jon Taylor was very professional, trustworthy,  responsive to our needs, and was a pleasure to work with.  I would highly recommend his services.</p> . <br />

He originally wrote me an estimate but later said it did not cover the counter top install. He originally said he he would remove the old deck and install the new deck "as is". He did not replace the latus work and I had to have him come back and pay him extra to do this. I would recommend getting a detailed estimate from this company.

He repaired our roof in January of 2008 and gave us a 10 year guarantee on workmanship and materials. When our roof began leaking again the following winter, he wouldn't fix it. He came back and looked at it, but said it wasn't his work, it was our neighbor's, so he fixed the neighbor's roof and theirs was still leaking, as was ours. The condo association made several attempts to reach out to him, as did we, but he was completely unresponsive. At this point, he's refused to honor his guarantee and has not followed through. The gutter system he installed is leaking, as is the roof, so both jobs that we paid him to do have failed and he won't come back and fix them.
