Signed a contract with Jacob. Gave a deposit to help with material. He never started. I canceled the contract and requested refund. I received no refund. I am taking him to court.

Jake Scott came out to my house to give me an estimate to some rotten wood on my back deck. He gave me a quote and asked for $212.00 deposit to buy material to repair my deck. After giving him the deposit, he was suppose to show up for work and never came. This was a complete breach of trust.
