Scotty's Exteriors

Scotty is very nice. Understanding. Seems like a very honest and sincere guy. I had my roof done and it tuned out just amazing looking. We had bumps, but they were sorted out and corrected best they could be. Not the cheapest or most expensive quote.

Nathan, from Scotty's, gave us his honest opinion of what we needed to do for our siding. The workers were fabulous. They were experienced, diligent and professional. They got the job done sooner than we thought, it took less time, and because of that, will be under what we budgeted. A+++++++ Cindy

I had this company replace my roof and as the roof looks nice the process along the way was less than desired. The communication was poor and the customer experiance was not there. They did get the roof done within a quick turn around, but there has been no follow up on the job or communication. I did have an issue with billing as well and that will not be resolved based on the email I got back. I just think there is a better company out there to replace roofs with a bit more to offer for the customer experiance.

RUN AWAY FAST!!!!! the "work" done AND people were so terrible, we had to take them to court, and win of course, to finally get our money back and be able to have qualified people eventually redo our roofing. the owner, john muller, lied through his teeth about everything and denied everything in court to the judge but the judge clearly saw through his incredibly deceptive ways. they'll completely disrespect your property and your time. the first attempt was one problem after another - done incorrectly, new leaks that weren't there (we only had minor hail damage, NOT structural damage which we ended up with when using scotty's). repeatedly couldn't get the right materials and quantities to do the work. they came out and "redid" the work multiple times with different crews. still was all done incorrectly and left with leaking roofs (metal and shingle). subcontractors they eventually sent didn't want anything to do with the repairs as they said the whole thing needed to be completely redone. we wasted over a year of our lives dealing with them. they wouldn't ever get back to us but were sure to keep sending us bills without the work being done. we thought this was a long-standing family-owned company in the area, but they aren't the original owners so don't be fooled. RUN, DON'T WALK!
