SC Property Pros, LLC

Needed to have a new roof installed and they did the work at a fair price with very quick service. The owner of the company even came out to make sure all was well. This was the first time I had ever purchased a new roof and had a lot of uncertainties but they answered every question and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. <br /> They replaced all the rotten wood, replaced the roof and painted the trim. They were right on with the estimate and didn't try to add anything more than what they originally told me I was getting for the money. When they were done the cleaned up back to the way they found the outside of the house before they started. I would definitely use them again in the future. 2 thumbs up from me!

It went well.  The specs were given to me on 8/28/2014. I am waiting on the developer to settle with the builder on the land.

<p>    </p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <p>SC Property Pros representative Jumbo Thompson was very responsive to our requests for quotes and offered valuable suggestions and a fair price.   In addition his construction team was extremely professional.  We were very satisfied with their craftsmanship and they also offered valuable ideas and suggestions that made the final product even better than we had hoped.  </p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <p>The only negative was the lack of communication regarding the work team’s next day work schedule.  As an outdoor project we expected weather delays, however, several good work days went unused when we expected them to return but received no call to notify us they would not be coming. </p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <p>Overall SC Property Pros did an excellent job and we would use them again without a doubt.</p> <br />

James was great during the design phase and provided us a variety of options to enclose under our house on Folly. Each time he gave us an estimate and discussed the pros and cons. Once we decided on a style he had his team here and the job was completed in in under three days. The workmanship exceeded my expectations and they did things that others may charge for.
