Customer service not the best. Does not return messages unless being prompted a couple times. They came out laid 1 trap for a rat problem. Rat ate the bait without getting caught. Company would not return to finish the job correctly after being paid. We went with Orkin. Customer service was great and they are very professional. Unfortunately $350 was wasted with Scram Wildlife Removal.

"I'm sorry you feel this way, You live in an apartment that you're neighbors have an issue and they do not want to fix it, We have responded to you promptly, Every time you have text us. The only time we did not respond to you was when you text at 6:30pm on a Saturday to tell us that the mouse took the bait off the trap. we were 2 and a half hours away at that point and could not come our so then you text us at 4:30a.m. on Sunday and we responded at 6:30 am on Sunday. We were always friendly and respectful. We were out to your place 3 times and your girlfriend told us that there was. no mouse there....We appreciate when customers leave an honest review but there was no truth at all in yours."

Bob and Trisha provide a great service. Trisha explained everything in detail over the phone of what they would be doing when they got to my house. Bob was very nice and professional when he arrived. It did take a couple of hours but I no longer have scratching or what sounded like a heard of elephants in my attic. Thank you Bob and Trisha.
