Terrible company with a history of overcharging and demanding payment for incomplete and shoddy work, while they blame the customer by altering facts and disparaging their character. As an act of intimidation, one of their installers threw a table in my home, and the police were called and removed them from the property. Be careful if you chose to hire this company. Ross the Owner displays deceitful, aggressive, rude and callous behavior.

Ross at ScreenMobile (Indianapolis) was listed as a dealer for Genius Screens, so we had him come out for consultation / measuring of our existing porch. Genius Screens does not sell directly to the public. He was only to provide, as an approved dealer, the custom screens for two (2) openings, not install. They arrived weeks later, and both were too short in width. When we asked Ross for correctly sized replacements, he more or less indicated that he was not responsible and that WE, the customers, were responsible for his incorrectly placed order. We are stuck with $2200+ in product that we cannot use. I give him all ‘F’s because not only did he fail at the one thing he was entrusted to do, which was order screens to fit our porch openings, but also he blamed us for his mistake. Do not go with this company when ordering any product they are not going to install. Go with another company.

Hired to screen in a covered porch with two doors. One door was std size the other was oversized to allow us to pull in a patio table during the winter time. Sales person measured the table while he was here doing the estimate and I asked if the door size he specified would allow us to do this and he said it would. We could have made it as big as we wanted and were willing to pay for this option. After the initial install the small door must had damage on the finish. Installer spray painted it with brown paint that was not close to matching the original oil rubbed bronze finish. The time it too to get a call back to determine a resolution was very extended. They wanted to use spray paint on a new factory applied finish Vs replacing it with original new finish. They did finally order the factory finished part required for the repair. The larger door was undersized and the table would not fit through the door this fall when we winterized the patio. I sent an e-mail and left a voice mail. 48 hrs later I did receiver a reply to my e-mail that they would be in touch to come out to inspect. After two weeks I still had not been contacted and asked for the installers cell phone so I could contact him to set up a time for him to come out. The response was in essence, "They are to busy right now to get involved to resolve this and would be in touch when they had time to do so." Needless to say I am very disappointed. Update 1/14/20 They never contacted me and as of 1-13-2021 I never heard from them.

It went well. Got estimate and Angie's List discount. Short turn-around. The process took several days. The guys took measurements and then came back over a couple of days to install screens. They cleaned up after themselves and left the touch-up paint for us, which is nice. It's above and beyond that they did the touch-up paint in the first place! One day I had to leave while they were here and they closed the garage door and locked up for me when they left. Thoughtful guys and a great service!

Horrible, we were put off as were to have completed in Oct. til this year April and even though finally placed screen panels, (withheld panel) did not put hardware on sev panels, and were other panels that needed replaced and areas on metal framing bent, scratched, sev panels were not clear and had etchings in them, areas that werent done right, painting issues, usage of non treated boards in exposed to moisture areas (also needed to touch up where bleeding came thru paint), gabled areas were not done with the ezebreeze materials as was told in beginning, in fact were told sev things which they recanted on. We even paid half of the project (of nearly $20k) and was intimidated into paying more before project was totally completed, which they have refused to address those issues. Had to call police as they were told to start taking the panels off test we paid more, and was told they’d finish when pay that amount. That is when after countless calls, emails that they hadn’t responded that I’m taking action. (Is unbelievable that up to that point where they brought the one panel previously, but took off after asking for payment then during which time they weren’t due to come back til April 30th, they called the morning of the 14th for which I explained we lost a member of family and family members were due to arrive from out of town at the time and Ross says ok he’ll just have him put panel in, but instead they came same time as family were coming and getting dark, asks for paint, then doing some painting, asks for the rest of money, and since were not done completely with addressing issues, and not able to do inspection is when they took the panel off (up to this point had left off for over the winter, as well as only part panels were on during winter winds, leaving them compromised, also did not clean anything off)

They showed up onsite and on time as scheduled on 6/26/2017. They looked at my screens and quoted $642 (Invoice #148127) to do all 15 screens. They were unable to complete all of the screens that day because they had another scheduled appointment and took them back to their facilities and agreed to install them on 7/1/2017. On 7/1/2017 Ross called me and said the screens would not be ready and it would be another week. A week passed they showed up on 7/7/2017 and installed the remaining screens. I was then handed a different invoice #148127 at double the agreed upon price $1284! I asked about the discrepancy to Zach my installer and he said he thought they had already contacted me and that I had some how magically approved the doubling of the bill. There is now way I would have EVER completed this full project had I known the amount was $1284. I paid the originally agreed upon amount (which Zach seemed to understand) and later got a call again from Ross later that day. He seemed to understand my position and had me speak with Aubrey who originally scheduled the appointment. I spoke with Aubrey and she is claiming that I agreed to pay the magical increase of 2X the original amount quoted. She pulled my contractor on the line (from whom it was clearly understood would pay $269.09 from an insurance settlement and I would pay the remaining balance of $372.91). We both spoke to her and advised her that we did not approve this erroneous increase. She got very upset and I told her to have Ross call me back if he had any questions. I never got a call back from Ross, BUT today I did have a ScreenMobile truck blocking my driveway with two people standing outside of it (UNANNOUNCED AND NOT INVITED), as I approached my house from a run of errands. The person I spoke with by name of Mark said he was their to resolve the matter. I asked him his role at ScreenMobile and he said "I am just a worker". I agreed, grabbed my invoices and explained the scenario to him and he seemed to understand my position and left. A few minutes later he came back and started playing recorded phone call and reciting emails. I asked him to play the one of me approving the increase in cost or send me the email of approval. As he declined, it seemed strange to me that "Just a Worker" would have access to all of these recordings and emails or be as passionate about them as he seemed and I said "You are the Owner aren't you". He said "It doesn't matter who I am but you are paying this bill (placing an invoice in my door) or I am going to put a lien on your property" With that the discussion ended and this thread began today the 15th day of July 2017. I look forward to sharing the remainder of my journey regarding this peculiar manner of conducting business.

I wanted to reach out to you about the job for [Member Name Removed] located at [Member Information Removed] Ln Indianapolis, IN [Member Information Removed]. A couple of our guys were out there to service yesterday and the job is a little different than what was discussed. The windows are old wooden framed windows that the screens are stapled to. My boss, Ross, wanted me to reach out to you because this job falls more in line with rescreening a porch, in which we would charge per square foot opposed to the $40/ window we had previously discussed. He has let me know that the charge will be $4/ sqaure foot and there are 15 windows that are roughly 20 square feet...meaning this is going to total out somewhere around $1200 +tax. They guys have brought the screens back to the shop to work on, as it is a little more difficult of a job than planned. Their plan is to work on it throughout the week and get them back installed this Saturday. I just needed your confirmation and approval for us to move forward with the job at this newly quoted price before they start on that. Please feel free to call with any questions. I tried to reach you by phone, but the contact number I have for you is not working. Thanks, Aubrey"

When I moved into my home the sliding door had no screen. I couldn't find a screen that would fit at the big box stores because the door was smaller than normal. I called Screenmobile and they made a great screen in a short amount of time. I should have called them sooner!
