Post Construction - Clean-up - For Business
It was a plowing service. He collected all up front and fails to show up to plow our business where we have patients with foot issues who have trouble walking as it is without the snow. This has happed 2/3 snow falls we've already had. We had to call an emergency plow. Twice. He's horribly organized. He seems to care, but not enough to be consistent. Something is amiss. Beware using any of his services.

"Our snow removal contract clearly states service is triggered at 3 inches of snowfall or more. This customer repeatedly requested service below the agreed threshold, which is outside the scope of the contract. Service was provided according to the signed terms. If more frequent or under-3-inch service is required, that is available at a higher rate, which was communicated. Cancellation of service was the customer?s decision."

Garbage disposal was installed properly but the closet bar was not!!!

"The garbage disposal was installed correctly and fully tested. The closet bar issue was related to existing placement and customer instructions, not workmanship. We completed the work as requested at the time of service. If concerns had been raised during the visit, we would have addressed them immediately."

The two men from CNY Upstate did a great job fixing the rail around my deck that the wind had blown down. They were very professional and kept to the estimate for the bill. They also told me other projects around my gate and raspberry bushes they could help with at a later date.

Maid Service
Good: Moving out Same day service. Came later in the evening, & did a good job on the fridge but not much else. Bad: We talked about a price, they trippled it as soon as they got there. I was forced to accept, i was out of time. They soaked cheap flooring, clothing, boxes, expensive TV. Etc. They argued& swore @ eachother & 1 worker even stormed out. 1 worker actually helped my dad & I save the soaked boxes & pack the cars up. They continued to fight inside. 3 hours later,They all left in a hurry, I did not have time to check the apt before I paid over $300 for this disaster. I still had to sweep, clean the walls, outside of fridge, cabinets, & repair a broken t.p holder they left under the toilet on the floor &vacuum as it looked like they had only done 1/2 the room. After paying that much to deal w/ unprofessional conduct I still had to clean behind them. I do NOT recommend. Did not get my security deposit back due to damage to floors.

"Hi Kristine, we?re sorry the experience didn?t meet expectations. We were told it was a 1-bedroom apartment, but it was a full house, which required more time and labor. We also encountered rat fecal matter and sanitation hazards not disclosed, requiring extra safety steps. Our team still completed same-day service to meet your deadline. We did not cause any floor damage and always use protective measures. We?re happy to discuss professionally."

Walls & Ceilings - Clean - For Business
I booked this cleaning service for my house and I’m really impressed. They showed up on time, brought all their supplies, and got right to work. The crew was friendly but also very focused, and they paid attention to the little details I usually miss when I clean myself. My kitchen and bathrooms look brand new, and the whole place smells fresh.
