It went very smoothly and so far things are going great. They were very good about getting back to me when I was researching the project and answered all the questions I had. The installers did a good job and were careful about protecting the floor when they came in and out. Since it was a day with rain showers, that was much appreciated.

I could not get my Pilot Light lit on my Gas Furnace. Aton discovered it was a bad thermocouple that prevented me from lighting my Pilot Light. He quickly and professionally replaced it. He then safety checked its operation for Carbon Dioxide problems which checked out safe. He was an extremely pleasant young man. He got my furnace back up to prevent me from freezing every night. I highly recommend using SDAC for any Furnace problems.

Great! They were quick to come out and assess the problem. I called on a Tuesday, and they said they could come out on Thursday. I was told there was a $50 service fee but if they couldn't fix it there would be no charge. Wednesday they called and said they could come that afternoon. Dan came out and said he thought he could fix it. He knew it needed one part and possibly another. Dan ordered both parts and said he could come back three days later. He came on Saturday, replaced both parts and was able to get my AC working. Since my home is nearly 30 years old and the system is original to the house, I was worried I would be told I needed to replace it, but Dan assured me he wouldn't do that if it could be fixed. He said I could probably get a few more years out of it and so far, it has been working fine. I know I will definitely call SDAC if I do have problems in the future or need to replace my system. I felt very confident in their work and their prices were very reasonable.

Scheduled appointment. Came on time. Removed old heater. Installed new HVAC. Cleaned up mess. All on time answering questions along the way. Works great! Soooooo cool!

I put in for a few bids and Dan was the first to call about 30 minutes after I posted the bids. He came out on time and did all the work in the time frame he told me. He found a cap that was on the verge of failing and replaced it. That saved me potentially losing AC in the heat of the summer and paying for another visit. He also had a good suggestion to install a damper to direct more air upstairs during the summer and downstairs during the winter. This makes the whole system more efficient by balancing where the heat or AC is needed more. Anyhow, I got a reasonable quote for that so I think I'll going to do it. Anyhow, I definitely recommend SDAC!

New heater and AC last year(2017). Dan And Anton did a fantastic job installing our system. Both were very professional and courteous. One year later we had our first check up. Very impressed with the service after the sale. This system is ideal for our needs.

It was such a easy and great process. We have an older unit that requires special coolant, and they were not only the cheapest but the ones who were happy to help. Not only did we get the proper coolant, the tech spent extra time (that he did not charge for) to make sure that everything (coils, cables, etc.) were all working just right. I would only call these folks to come back and work on the A/C... Great job, friendly service, and you knew you weren't getting ripped off. Thank you!
