"Mr. Johnson reached out stating he needed his door trim looked at. He sent pictures of the wall, casing, and trim. It was an easy fix. We quoted him $350.00. Material and labor included. We get there have good conversation and do him a good job. We get the paint matched at Lowe’s and grab material after we demo to see the root cause of the problem. He had moisture damage coming from the outside into his frame. We come back and knock it out for him. He’s happy with everything and how it’s going. We kept talking about his door knobs. They didn’t match his hardware he has for his current electronic lock he had installed. Which was rigged up to match the broken door casing we had to fix. So we fixed that and made sure it was locking properly before leaving. We did not touch the knobs because we knew we would have to drill his door out and make sure everything lined up. We asked if he had all the hardware for the knobs to operate properly. He did not. And stated another moving company came in and did that. And they had someone from the company supposedly coming to fix it but haven’t yet. We didn’t think anything of it and finished our job. We didn’t have the kit nor router to do that part for Mr. johnson on the house. And the crew had 3 other small jobs to knock out and it was a Saturday. They had a tight schedule. As much as we have big hearts and know we can help. And try to as much as possible. Most homeowners would love for a company to fix everything they have wrong with their house while there. We can’t. And I’m deeply sorry. Our company does not represent company and leaving any job undone or anything charged for not completed and up to code. We even dont mind coming back out and fixing it. We just didnt have the time then. And if we were told we could’ve had the tools present to do it in 5-10 minutes. But Mr. johnson chose another path. And we believe in honesty. Our company stands by our work. And agreements with our customers. Our number is also still the same. Thank you!"
