The sod went in August 14th and today the 15th it looks great. Now nature will do what nature does and I expect a beautiful lawn in need of mowing real soon.

First I should have be apprehensive from the start cause Nick the “owner’ didn’t response to texts or calls. After agreeing to start the job with sod preparation he never should up and never called, I had to call him and his excuse was it was gonna rain but he never called to inform me he wasn’t coming. He shoes up with two guys who did all the work and one guy got sick within an hour of the job and he leaves. The owner vanished for half the day with one guy who could do anything until he came back. The remaining guy was a self proclaimed beginner who literally laid 100% on the sod himself. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy. Shady business practices when it came to the payment.

"Thank you for your review. The summers in Florida can be quite unpredictable and this year we had some days of really bad rain. Any landscaping is difficult to do correctly when it’s raining especially sod installation. We are always diligent when it comes to communicating to our clients about any delays that may occur outside of our control. This summer has also been hotter than normal. My employee suffered from heat exhaustion on this particular day. Again something that was not in our control. I was on the job site throughout the entire process as I am with every job, only exception is if I have to buy more materials to complete the job. We take pride in our work. Before any final payment is collected we walk thru the job to ensure our customers satisfaction. Thank you again."

Things went well. Company was easy to work with and they did a great job on the yard and the outdoor dog kennel. They recommended a sprinkler company to repair our sprinklers before they sodded the yard to make sure the new grass wouldn't die. Would highly recommend them!

Nick and his crew did a great job. Absolutely no complaints at all. They were timely and courteous and very professional. Nick gave us a ton of suggestions and worked up a nice arrangement of plants and trees that made our entire front lawn look wonderful. I fully recommend their services.

The guys were here a few days and worked hard and the end product looked great. It was after a few weeks where I started noticing issues. I started seeing a ton of weeds in my front flower bed and realized they did not use any weed blocker before putting down a very thin layer of mulch. I also discovered that the wiring job they did when installing the sprinkler system was not up to par. They used duct tape to wire everything together instead of using wire nuts or at least electrical tape. This caused one of my zones to not work properly. I called Seabreeze and emailed them to have them come out and fix the issues, but they are nowhere to be found. They have not returned my email or calls.

Seabreeze did an amazing job clearing my backyard property of dead limbs, leaves, roots, and then planting a LOT of St. Augustine sod, after they fixed my sprinkler system. They also planted very nice plants along the perimeter of the house and mulched with pine bark. I liked the job performed so much that I continued to hire them for other areas of the property to include clearing my front yard and dead tree removal. Additionally, they expertly installed pavers by both backdoor and front door, which looks awesome! I am well-pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy, Pricing seemed fair. I would highly recommend. I am not listing the pricing because not all jobs are the same, and it would not be fair to them to show you what I paid, however, I will reiterate, I thought it to be fair. In summary, they transformed my yard from something of an eyesore to a beautiful paradise.

They laid the patio on top of sprinkler lines and damages the pipes. They were supposed to cut the old sod and kill the torpedo grass. Now my yard is all torpedo grass again and I paid over 1000.00 to have sprinklers reworked and repaired. No responses to numerous phone calls.

Late to contact us, late to show up, sod is sub-standard and over half has died and needed to be raked away even though watering and caring for as directed. Several areas were not properly dug out prior to sod installation and Round Up weed killer lines show meaning the old grass was not removed and replaced with new.

They did a great job, but they were not prepared for the job initially. They did not have materials, so owner had to stop at Home Depot. Does not answer calls promptly. Good workers, may just need administrative help to keep up witj call, scheduling, etc.

Juan, was fantastic! I called, they went out looked at my property, gave me a very reasonable quote. Then scheduled a time and cut and edged my home! Did a fantastic job! Juan even picked up garbage that blew around from a wind storm! I really appreciate the work!

Unsatisfied with the work did not secure trees that were transplanted and did not return behemoth asked to secure trees properly.

"I'm sorry our company did not meet your expectations however; you did do a walk through after completion and said everything was good and even tipped my guys. Securing the palms was not included in the price which was disclosed at the time of the sale. I told your wife what she would need and how she would go about securing them; however when you called I told you I would come and do it at no charge. I said I would come Monday and by the time I got there on Monday evening they had already been done."
