I am the Realtor for the homeowner. I read all the reviews here, and referred Steve to my client. He was initially responsive for getting the bid. He showed up once when he said he would be there. I realize a couple delays were due to weather. He set my clients lawn on fire (!) and burned the grass. Then his equipment was in the way of the garage and my client was not able to move items from her garage which puts the house going up for sale behind schedule. His work was - as my client stated - "**** poor at best" I will be sure to Never refer Sealco again. And of course, as I said to my client- "you get what you pay for" and we paid for poor quality and we got it.

Outstanding job. My driveway is quite long and wide.  Sealco uses a superior product which covers better and lasts longer than others Ive tried. This was the 2nd time I've used them!

Steve Sredl owner of Sealco Asphalt Co and his crew did a fantastic job. Sealco prepped the areas where the work was to be done by removing flowers pots, downspouts concrete splash blocks, and vacuumed off all loose debris. They filled all cracks with a quality base material, then sealed with driveway and circular drive with a quality durable coating designed to last the entire year. The seal material used will with stand all weather elements and heavy traffic areas were well address. i highly recommend Sealco Asphalt Co. for great professional, quality, and customer service. They did an excellent job and used superior product. I am very happy with the service, much better than the last company I used.

It went fine, He was very good to text to keep us updated when they were to come back and do work.

BEWARE!!!!! DONT AGREE TO PAYMENT UNTIL ALL WORK IS COMPLETED!!! Steve appeared to be very nice however,I quickly realized that he was not very responsive to calls. I had received a quote of $1250 to patch an area in my driveway where the stump of a dead tree had previously been along with sealing the driveway after the patch work was completed. He took a deposit of $625 at the time of signing the contract. About 2 days before patching the driveway, Steve came by the house and asked for an additional $200 which I agreed to upon in good faith despite that he had not completed any of the job. After patching the driveway he stated the he would be back after 4th of July weekend, but I haven't heard back from him since then. I have overpaid $75 for a job I completed, and despite leaving numerous text and voice message, I haven't received a return phone call. <br />

Steve from Sealco Asphalt did a great job re-sealing our drive way. When we moved into our house a year ago, it didn't look like our drive way had been re-sealed in many years. Steve came out and gave us a quote ahead of time. We needed over twice the normal amount of material (since it hadn't been done in so long) which is why our quoted price was higher than usual. On top of that, Steve had to use more material than he had even planned for and kindly came back a second day to complete the job and did not charge us any extra.  <br /> Our drive way looks fantastic. It gives the front of our new house a much more finished look. We love it and would recommend Steve and Sealco. <br />

Steve is awesome. He does superior work compared to all other sealing companies we have hired over the past 25 years. Honest and excellent quality for a very reasonable price <br />

Provided an estimate,  We scheduled the work.  They arrived as promised, and completed the work as agreed.  Excellent service and very satisfactory job. <br />

He arrived on time and did a great job of sealing our asphalt . He was very professional a did a wonderful job. Will use in the future. <br />
