The tech had truck problems and had to cancel the appoint on "2" occasions, which was frustrating since this was a rental property of mine that is 20 miles from my home. The work done by Kevin was good and I was satisfied with the service.

Adam did an excellent job assessing needed repairs and performing them. He found several cracked hinges which were failing and also replaced the seal in the bottom edge of the door.

Installer Kevin was very thorough in his initial inspection and description of what needed to be done and in explaining all options available for me to choose from. His thorough written bid was instrumental in my selecting his firm. Had a great experience with my tech Chris. He came to tune up my garage and offered his opinion on what needed to be done to increase the efficiency of the garage. I didn’t feel like It was a up sale pushy salesman and he would have been fine with just doing the required work if I said no. I was surprised he had all the parts on his truck and service was fast and well done. Highly recommended.

Chris Dollar was awesome! So professional and courteous . I mentioned my daughter was sleeping and he was so quiet fixing everything she didn’t even wake up. I called sears garage to fix my garage door key pad and update our garage door clickers. They did that AND made some adjustments to our door. I was really appreciative and impressed with their attention to detail. A+ service

Sears Tech, Kevin, was awesome! He came to my house on time, kept in constant contact to let me know where he was as he was on his way for the work. He was informative, professional, and friendly. Technician arrived at the site as scheduled. He is professional and courteous. He went over the parts that need to be replaced and the reasons why it has to be replaced. He told us the repairs that will be performed and provided the cost of the service at the start of the installation. He even offered us a discount. He answered our questions and completed the installation in a timely manner. He left the site clean and discarded the old parts. We are pleased with the service that was provided and would definitely recommend the company to family and friends.

Kevin explained everything prior to starting the installation that included present garage door, rollers, and tension spring/coil. Walked me through the finished work and operation of master key pad inside garage and it’s features, then the exterior key pad. Old system rail was not compatible to new motor feature was really the only setback for addition expense.

My garage is 22 years old and falling apart/it stopped working. Kevin was very patient and showed me all the parts that were failing and gave me options. I decided it was more cost effective to replace my door. I was very impressed with Kevin, he was very courteous, informative and professional.

Marcus was professional, helpful, courteous and thorough. He explained everything to me once the garage battery was installed and remotes were sinked. When he was done, he cleaned everything up and took the old battery away for us. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Worked with JR Miller...he was excellent! I had another tech come to my home a couple of weeks earlier who provided an estimate that I didn't like. JR arrived promptly and took the time to do a thorough inspection of my entire system before he made any recommendations. He clearly knew what he was talking about. He also kept me in the loop during the job to suggest some smart work-around's given my earlier expressed concerns. Again, excellent job. I will definitely call him next time I have any problems with my garage doors.
