Sears was very quick to respond to my inquiry about a new system. The installation personel kept me informed with each step of the process. Overall I am very happy with my cooling system for the summer. Winter is next so I will be able to see how efficient the heating system is.

They were prompt and ready for meetings. The day the furnace & AC were put in they were early and finished on time. They did a wonderful job making sure I knew exactly what would be done and that everything was covered before I signed on the dotted line. The technician was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was done and that he did a good job. They were TERRIFIC!
