The crossover duct, was suppose to be changed,the wrong size was shipped 10" my unit takes 12". Since I am paying for this I would like it replaced,as its 15 years old. I would like it replaced or credit my account.Other than this,every thing else was well above requirement

Instalation went well. Was done in one day as planned even tho it was unbearable hot in the attic. I don't understand why the sears store that handled the sales was from Pensacola, Florida. Isn't there enough bussiness in Mobile and surounding area to support them?

There were three stages to this simple heating and air conditioning project, not planned that way. Sales and service with SEARS was good in all seven categories. The first company that Sears hired in to the job showed a lack of pride in quality, lack knowledge of system installed, lack of professionalism, these qualities were shown on thru the time spent on the worksite. Some examples of this are not sheet rocking in the closet when called for in the contract, not cleaning return air plenum of installation debris, not securing the power cable or line set, and not putting tarps on floor where they used duct sealant etcetera.
