Everything went well, the Sears contact person for my contractor was very helpful. The only concern I had was I knew more than the Salesperson on high efficiency systems. The salesperson told me a system was eligible for the fed tax credit when it turned out not to be. Luckily I did a lot of research on my own.

Sears completed a full install of AC/Heat and ventilation in my home (that did not have existing system) in one day. The proffessionalism and speed that they works was Outstanding. I highly recommend the pros at Sears and will use them in the future.

We were referred to a sub contractor. The installation went fine. We received 1000 sq. ft. of insulation and a new thermostat. We are enjoying the new system.

Sears installed my air condition unit on time and with no delay. All of sears representatives were very courteous (excellent). Their overall performance(excellent). I would definitely recommend Sears for home improvement service.

I have had a very good experience -- both salespeople were knowledgeable, thorough, and professional and it really was the price point that convinced me. I had an estimate done by a local contractor that was comparable, but it really came down to professionalism and having everything spelled out from the get-go. The installer, Eric Nichols, was VERY good; also very professional and careful -- from what I can see he's done a great job, and explained everything to me. I'm very satisfied.

The Sears salesperson was excellent and he did a thorough job. His analysis of my needs far surpassed the other vendors and he was able to provide a competitive price. The installation was good except the workers left some areas without the proper caulking in place. A call to the project manager and the workers were back the next day to fix the problems. My system works well and I overall, I am happy with the install.
