We received several quotes when we needed to replace our AC, we decided to go with Sears because of their reputation, longevity and price. They scheduled the installation within a few days, even in the middle of summer in Phoenix. The Tech did take a little longer then expected but it wasn't his fault that our old unit was rusted in place. He stayed until the job was done and made sure everything was operating properly. We are very happy with our new unit and would recommend them.

Was impressed with the detail that the sales person provided in his bid when he came to our home. He gave the pros and cons of different A/C options and models (e.g Kenmore vs. Carrier) and provided a realistic assessment of the optimal SEER for our home. Contractor that installed the unit was a local business working through Sears. Thought they did a very good job with the installation. I gave them the OK to cut out a portion of the outside wall so they could get the old furnace out and the new unit in.

Swamp Cooler Installation and Replacement

The installer explained everything about the unit that I asked. We actually had a heat pump installed instead of a swamp cooler. Sears was the one we went thru but A to Z did the installing
