The technicians were very knowledgeable about the installation process. The only concern was the length of time between the purchase and installation process.

OK Don't like the fact that it was done in 2 stages, AC/heatpump one day electric upgrade 2 weeks later.

Slow to call and even slower to set an appointment.

Excellent service and speed installation. Worked very well with other contractors doing work and made repairs quickly and at no cost when accidents happened.

Although I am pleased with the new boiler system it leaks and I have already had to place a service call.

The individuals that actually came to the house to perform the work were very knowledgeable about what they where doing and perform the work in a professional manner. The system is performing extremely well, I'll just have to wait until the heating bill arrives to see how well the upgraded system is really performing.

Hmmm. It took 3 tries before we got a sales person out to the house. When it came time for installation, there were problem. The installer wasn't aware we had three zones and 1-1/2 piping. We have other issues with our heating system (not Sears fault) that still aren't resolved, so it is working yet (purchase 1st week Oct. The furnace rated well in consumer reports and the warranty is better than anything that was local to our rural town (7 years on installation compared to 3 months). Sears' project management team has been very helpful in trying to resolve issues. They are committed to customer satisfaction. True professionals.

When I had the salesman come for the free quote he came almost 1hr and a half late and held me up from eating dinner and never left my house until 9-930 pm. Quite a bit late but I did like my salesman charisma but when the servicemen came to the house they noticed that that salesman measured the clearance wrong. The unit i needed should of been 42 inches and the one they got for me was 48 inches tall. BIG measuring mistake and the saleman said he's been doing this for 35 years :). So all in all I had to wait another week. Oh well I liked the service guys a lot and they went the extra mile installing the unit and so far so good!

Same day price and date to perform work, work was completed on time in a professional manor. contractor was very polite and gave us no problems. Thank you

Overall, we're satisfied with the installation of the heatpump. However, several items did not meet our expectations. 1) Installation of drip pan drain in front of house is unsightly. Should've been installed in rear of house for cosmetic purposes. 2) Was told the water supply lines would have white installation, instead they're black and conspicuous. 3) Installers did not make good use of space in attic and left storage items in disarray. 4) Wall thermostat is crooked. 5) Were led to believe unit would be quiet. 6) Vents don't allow for reduction of airflow. 7) Airflow is not balanced throughout house.
