Sears Heating and Cooling - Tampa

I have installed a central aircondition and the installers did a very good job, answering all my questions in a courtious manner. I'm very pleased with the work perform by these prfesionals.

The sales gentleman was new and inexperienced. However, he was professional and he requested the sales manager and general manager to come to my home to answer questions and provide me "piece of mind" in purchasing this expensive heat pump. The "shining star" of this whole process was the installers! This was a team from A-Bear air conditioning and the team leader was a gentlemen by the name of Willie. He was awesome!!! He was very professional, fast, informative and always went the extra mile. My Carrier-two stage heat pump works great.

the work was very good . just a couple of small items were over looked but, were taken care of later. only thing wrong i still don't have owners manual.

It took the sub-contractor two trips to get it right. AC froze up in less than a week and they had to come back to replace refrigerant lines and a few other things. Its working great now. We're STILL waiting for the final inspection -- it's already been two weeks since final installation.

it has been losey so far i have been trying to get the unit fixed and the right things he sold us installed since day 1. they have put me off and said there was no problem finally the rep came out and saiod it had a bad expansion valve lots of luck. we will see on monday hopefully he said it couldnt be put in in the rain had two 6 hour windows today the 3rd and yester day they weere out here on wednesday. someone else called me from seaers corporate i think and asked what was going on and i told her so she called and they told her they had to order the part wouldnt be in untill monday. rep called parts house they had them 10 miles so whats up

The experience was a good one. The gentlemen were polite and clean up everything. The try to please in every way.

The work was performed timely, the workers were clean, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The job was done with very little disruption to the household. The equipment is performing as promised.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND COMPLETED WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO HAD ONE PROBEM WITH ARM THEY COULD'NT GET TO BECAUSE OF ROOF

Sear's salesman stated that the wiring needed to be replaced to be code. Installer said it didn't, I was hoping for a refund on the difference. I will be calling to to findout why I have not be refunded the difference.
