We own a home in Gloucester that we rent out during the high season. During the hottest week of the summer, two of our central A/C units broke down and we needed to replace them fast. I called ten different A/C companies on a Sunday night—and was amazed that I reached SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS directly. Sarah sent out someone from their team the next day to do a diagnostic; we ended up replacing the two units within days of that first visit. Every time I called the office, someone answered. Every time I wrote to SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS, I received quick responses, clear answers and very courteous service. They deserve FIVE STARS every time. When the units were installed, the tech called me about the wall mount placement and then again to tell me they were leaving. This was among the best experiences I have had with any third-party contractor, period. We did an expensive central A/C replacement. Seashore Comfort was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and technically proficient. We needed a 20-year old A/C unit replaced. I called four area HVAC specialists and almost didn't call Seashore because they had relatively few online reviews (although the ones they did have were positive). Turns out the company was started relatively recently by a veteran tech and his wife, who worked locally for a couple of decades. Every aspect of this project was impressive - from the front-office communication to the quoting process to the technical description of what are options were to the quality and craftsmanship of the install. Furthermore, I _almost_ went with a different quote from the local "giant" and that would have been a huge mistake. It took quite a bit of technical research and education on my part but what that company was proposing would not have been the best choice of solution for our application. That would have been a costly, long-term mistake. So, in short, this is a scrappy young company with the all the benefit of experience of a much older company. Proceed without reservation.

It was good. They were very responsive. They had a really good customer service.

They did a great work, they were very efficient, they showed up on time when they said they would, and they stick to their estimate. They were very conscientious, and cleaned up after themselves and did not left and materials lying around on the ground. I would definitely hire them again. They were very very good, and I have no complaints whatsoever.
