Let me begin by saying that I take these reviews very seriously. I would never post a negative review without giving ample opportunity for the company to make it right. We had an OK experience with Erick on our interior and assumed that our outdoor experience would be fine. After all, it’s exterior painting so doesn’t need to be super precise. Instead it was one thing after another. To start, when we arrived home from work on the first "prep" day, they had already begun painting and little to no prep work had actually been done on the house. They needed constant supervision. Certain boards weren’t painted the right color of trim or frames hadn’t been painted at all. They did fix when each was checked, but it seemed like the process would never end. Despite having asked ahead of time, gutters were not sprayed and so were streaky and not smooth. The front door took several attempts, partially because proper prep was not done. My husband and I ended up sanding and prepping ourselves before they came out to ensure it was done properly. We also pointed out a garage door that hadn't been prepped at all and had a huge crack in it. Erick put bondo on in but didn't sand it at all--just painted over it. Paper and plastic still covers vents, porch ceiling, and antenna poles—this despite repeated texts over 3 months. They broke a newly replaced window panel and planting pot. He does have insurance, but texted every day for his final payment while we were working with the insurance company. Once the window company was paid and we released our last payment via Venmo as requested, he quit responding altogether. The paper and plastic remain. We also had to spend an additional $500 contracting with another company to come repair all the broken vents and screens that we were not initially aware had been damaged. What makes it so frustrating is that every time Erick was on site, he reassured us that everything would be exactly as we wished before they left. Every. Time. Yet, that didn't happen at all as I'm definitely not happy. Another oddity— I originally requested Best Quality Painting on Angie’s List and they replied to me, but the link they sent for my review after the job went to Seattle Painting Services. Best Quality is listed on the cards and the insurance certificate. Also there seems to be numerous names associated with the accounts and emails that all seem to be the same person – Erick Rivera, Erick Sosa, Alejandro... I will not use or recommend this company to anyone. I will update if they come clean up the mess they left behind, but I'm not holding my breath.

Well done. Excellent performance. For last several years, I have done lot of renovation on my 30+ yrs old house. Sometimes I need to have professional help. Erick and the crew members of Best Quality Painting are the perfect example of performance with professionalism. Specially in East side of Seattle, it is hard to find out the skillful contractor with affordable price. Most of quotation are ripoff. I believe that Best Quality Painting is the rarest one who equipped with not only honest mind but also friendly service. I didn't experience any inconvenience (no hanging, no delaying, no hesitation etc). I am satisfied their job in 100%. No doubt about it.

The company was responsive, competitively priced, easy to work with, and did a good job. They were also fast. I hoped to get my house on the market before June and there was bad weather coming. They hauled all of the scrap wood away. I enjoyed working with them.

We are extremely pleased with the final product. Our kitchen went from a 90s blah to a beautiful contemporary kitchen. Very fair pricing for the product delivered. The painters were punctual, professional and just plain enjoyable to be around. I would not hesitate to hire again or to recommend to anyone with painting needs.

Erick and his team did a great job painting our basement. It included the side entry, stairwell, laundry room, and basement MIL unit. My wife and I were very impressed with their punctuality (showed up 10 minutes early both days) and quality of work. We will be giving Erick and Best Quality a call back for our next painting project.

Absolutely Great ! I would hire them again. Erick was helpful and his team led by Joshua were proficient and very personable. They painted very hard to reach areas and their attention to detail was excellent. Very happy with the results.

The entire project went very well. I contacted the General Manage "Erick" for an estimate on March 18, 2019. We scheduled a walk through on the 22nd and I had my estimate by the 23rd via email. Prior to contracting "Erick" I had received estimates from 3 other contractor - one we had used several years ago for exterior painting. The Best Quality Painting LLC estimate listed equal painting, patching, and trim services as the other contractors, however, the pricing was almost half of the other contractors.... the previous estimates averaged between $9,000 and $11,000 dollars and a couple did not include the paint or prep material. Best Quality estimate included Sherwin Williams Super Paint and all materials. I was concerned about the time to paint as we planned to stay in the house during the painting. It worked out fine... we ruffed it bit but no complaints. Erick scheduled us for April 3rd at 8 am, and his crew of 4 or 5 painters arrived on time and helped pushed furniture and covered all with plastic and papered the floors. By April 5th, at 4 pm, the interior walls, ceilings and trim for both the downstairs and upstairs of a 4 bedroom house was complete. The crew cleaned up all paper and plastic, including a couple drip spots on the floor. We had even added a couple closet doors to the project and it was all taken in stride. We can very honestly say they did an excellent job. It was refreshing to have a contractor arrive on time each day and go out of their way to meet all requests. I would hire this crew again in a second.

Erick was great, showed up to give us a quote, after getting 5 or so quotes, Erick was one of the best offers and we decided to go with him. We got the it scheduled, and after two days of work its like we live in a new house. We had some touch up spots which Erick sent one of his guys back without a problem to clean up the areas of concern. All in all was a great and easy experience.

Erick was very accommodating through the entire process. Some coordination of key drop off and pickup was required to get the project completed in timely manner before new tenant did a final walk through. It went very smoothly. He even offered an alternative to paying with cash or check when I told him money was especially tight for me until tenant moved in. I really appreciate all the great work they did and the place looks great! The total included labor and supplies, etc. Very happy! Thank you Erick and team! Will come back to you again!

The painting crew was punctual, friendly, easy going, hardworking and did quality work. I hired two painters for a full day's work of interior painting (about 3 rooms). When they finished what I had hoped to accomplish with time left 'on the clock', they had no problem with doing an extra two areas of painting. I would definitely hire them again. In fact, I'm hoping they'll have time to do more work for me this month.

Eric contacted us quickly and gave us a fair quote. The project got delayed a few days, which we weren’t too happy about, but they ended up agreeing to work over the weekend so we could get our house ready in time for guests. That was very much appreciated. We plan to hire them again in the future for another project we have planned.

I was in need of a painter to finish painting a pantry that I had no time to complete.. I called Best Quality painting, and was greeted in a professional manner. Eric and a co-worker came to my house and completed the pantry in a professional timely manner.. there was no mess and they did a great job. I highly recommend them.

We purchased a fourplex for investment purposes and it was desperate for paint both inside and out. Best Quality performed perfectly and expertly on all interior paint and exterior paint and stain of the deck and fence. We were able to rent the two unoccupied units quickly and the current residents were really pleased with the update good communication by Best Quality. Great company highly recommend
