They were very nice and professional. The owners do not speak English well, but their son works the front and translates for them. They are good workers! (Price listed above is for labor only. I purchased the material.)

I got several bids for this work. I went to the shop to discuss my job with one of the owners, Flora. She was great. She suggested a fabric that turned out to be perfect. The chairs were picked up. I went on vacation for a week and the work was completed upon my return. I wasn't ready to take delivery because I was having hardwood floors installed. They gladly held the chairs until I was ready(approximately an additional week). They were so easy to work with, and they did a quality job.

We're very pleased with the service. I sent a picture of the sofa to company and she told me how much fabric to buy. Once the fabric arrived, we agreed upon a pickup date. They were happy to work around our vacation dates so that we wouldn't be without a sofa while we were home. The day before we went on vacation they picked up the sofa, and 11 days later when we returned home, they dropped off the sofa. It looks GREAT, the seams and piping are straight, the cushions were rebuilt and are crisp and square. Once they picked up the sofa they told us that it would be best if they rebuilt the cushions from scratch, which was an additional charge of about $150, but we agreed to it because the original cushions were over 7 years old, and were saggy. We could have purchased a new sofa for less than $2k (fabric plus labor), so the price is definitely high, but we loved this particular sofa, and it will last many years with our high quality fabric.

Flora, co-owner, explained why the former padding and rubber did not hold up. A side-to-side comparison with better materials clarified the problem. Her husband, who did the actual work was there. Cushions would be finished within four days, which they were. I think the outer material was cleaned also, which I didn't notice until I got home. My sofa is now firm, comfortable and looks much sharper than before.

They did an excellent job, the couch now sits well again and looks like new. The people there were very knowledgable, the turn around time was fast, and the price very reasonable.

THIS OUTFIT IS BRAND NEW. THE HUSBAND WORKED FORMERLY DOING CUSTOM BOAT AND CAR INTERIORS, SO IS VERY GOOD WITH DETAILS. CAME TO MY HOUSE, TOOK THE COUCH AWAY, AND BROUGHT IT BACK IN 8 DAYS. THEY ARE NEW, SO VERY HUNGRY FOR WORK AND TO SHOWCASE THEIR TALENTS. VERY FRIENDLY. THE WIFE OF THE TEAM IS AN ACCOUNTANT, SO THE MONEY SIDE IS VERY SMOOTH. SE HABLA ESPANOL!
