This company is very responsive to customer inquires. The owner explained generator options and pros/cons. He kept me informed every step of the way of the ordering, delivery, and installation.

Fixed Generator Installation
Tim Crighton, a fine fellow, is complimented by a stellar crew. They work very well together and efficiently completed running the gas line and hooking up our home generator in less than 6 hours. We were especially impressed with the professional and creative manner in which they handled several surprise problems with the job. Our generator installation was a positive experience and we highly recommend Tim and his crew.

They were very prompt and got the work done in a quick efficient manner. I live in another State and this will be my retirement home, liked very much how he kept me abreast by phone when he would have it installed. He uses another company to inspect and test the installation, which gives an added layer of confidence. The reason for the 4.5 on quality is, my gas company all so sent some one to check on the work ( I think they were put out they did not do the piping) and said though everything is working fine, that may be the next larger size pipe should have been used because of the distance. Neither he nor I got out a tape measure and checked it, though it might have been close. Still I am very happy with the installation and Second Source Generators.
