Job well done. Locksmith left the hardware in place as is and changed the internal key mechanism. I the original hardware placed in my front door by this company 4+ years ago.

Gave me a quote on the phone for this very basic job. After the work was done charged an extra $40 because he claimed it was hard to do. They were standard locks. How more difficult could they be than any other?

The locksmith showed up on time, was very professional, worked quickly and did a great job. He made sure that the lock (an older t-style) worked well, and was solidly put together. He gave me a couple of tips about keeping the lock in good shape. <br /> The overall experience was very good, and I would recommend them. <br />

He evaluated the then current lock, showed that it had "worn" and that that was the reason for difficulty opening.  Offered choice of 2 locks, was able to install using prior facing. <br />

It went very well!  I had them install a deadbolt lock, an entry door knob lock, and a few plates, and the end result was good.  They're local, and I like to support local businesses, too.

The locksmith was very helpful, friendly, neat and efficient.  I have never called a locksmith before.  The price was a bit higher than I expected because I purchased the Angie's List Deal.  I thought, possibly naively, that the cost of the deal was going to cover the service, or at least most of it.  Instead it was an additional $150.   <br /> Again, I'm not saying I was ripped off.  I'm just saying that I thought that by buying the deal, it was covering the bulk of what I needed to have done. <br /> I would use this locksmith again. <br />

They were fine; they were good.  They were very professional.  They got the job done and gave us the best equipment.  I had no problem with them at all.

I was given service call within two hours of my phone call.  The representative from the company was very helpful.  Spent time evaluating the situation and then came up with a solution.  I agreed with his suggestion and within a short period of time my door lock was installed and in working order. <br />

They are very good.  The staff's demeanor is fine and the quality of their work is excellent.  We've used them in several occasions.  We've bought a safe from them and we've also had keys made from them.  I think the prices are quite reasonable.
