There were problems with the cameras after a month. Wayne changed the cables that came with the camera to his cable. The cameras didn't work then he had to install the cables that came with the camera after he cut the coaxial ends off. Now all 4 individual camera are plug in to a separate surge outlet which I don't understand. I called and spoke with him in August he never show up. I called him in Sept I left message he never return my call again in Oct he never returned call. Wayne is avoiding my calls. At the present time the cameras are not working. The TV screen is blank there is no video showing. This happen about 2 weeks. He is not trustworthy. He does not show up after their a problems with the job after calling numerous times.

Wayne made a way out of a difficult way when it came to installing a Ring camera in 100 year old home. Phenomenal customer service and workmanship. Thank you and Louis!!

Even though we had to reschedule a few times due to weather conditions and calendar conflicts, Wayne came over and handled his job with care and ease. Great guy to hire, will hire again.

This is the second time I am working with Securia. I like working with Wayne because he puts a great deal of effort into a job well done according to the client's specifications. We wanted to setup 2 additional cameras in the lobby of our building. He figured the best spots for them, how to pass the cable down through to the basement (this was not an easy task) to connect to the recorder, patched up, came back to sand once dry and cleaned up. I really feel like he went the extra mile to finish up the project, which many companies would not have done.

Wayne is a superior technician. He diagnosed my issue and had it repaired, expeditiously. He did a meticulous job, was extremely courteous, and explained what went wrong and how he repaired the system. He is a true breath of fresh air, especially when there are so many scam artists out there, trying to pick your pocket.
