Fantastic experience all around using SWS to encapsulate my crawl space from initial proposal through job completion. Chris Borgman with SWS conducted a very comprehensive assessment of my crawlspace, which included a series of pictures and a hand drawn schematic of the space. Chris walked me through his assessment and presented his recommendation, which I felt was very well thought out and made the most sense in terms of what issues were and were not present in the crawlspace. Never any pressure or upselling. The proposal was cost competitive as well. I had numerous follow up questions after receiving the proposal and Chris was always prompt to respond, patient and pleasant to deal with and definitely went the extra mile to help coordinate the work to accommodate my schedule and other projects going on at my house concurrently. When it came time for the work to be performed, Eduardo and his crew were just as fantastic. They spent four solid days working in the crawlspace. They were friendly, courteous and very respectful of my property at all times. Once the job was complete I went down into the crawl and Eduardo walked me through everything that had been done, showed me the features of the system and took the time to answer any questions that I had. This was at the end of the 4th day and I’m sure he and his crew were ready to call it a day and head home, but he patiently addressed all of my questions. I could tell that he took great pride in the quality of work that he and his crew perform. I got the same vibe from Chris as well. My experience with SWS leaves me with the feeling that the company not only takes great pride in what they do, but that they also conduct their business with honesty and integrity and are committed to delivering a solution that optimally meets the needs of each customer. They do not flinch when it comes to going above and beyond if necessary either. I cannot recommend highly enough!

the service end pretty good. It was phenomenal. Joshua seems like a trustworthy guy. He came and quoted 3000 less from the other guy. They did a really good job. He calls back within two minutes.

Josh and his crew were here at the agreed time and worked daily until the job was complete. Josh is very efficient and knows how to seal and protect the crawl space. I had previously used a pest control company to do the work but just ended up wasting a lot of money as the job was not done correctly. Josh is honest and dependable and I could not be happier with the work performed. I would recommend Sedona Waterproofing Solutions to anyone who needs it. I just regret not using them first.

Josh was extremely punctual, he came out the same day I called to look at what I needed done which was a Friday evening. He explained everything to me in ways I could understand and gave me an approximate estimate before he left saying he would have a written quote over to me the next day. Well Saturday morning at 6:30am, I got the quote. I had another company quote me $400 more for less. Being a woman who lives alone, I have had contractors take advantage of me. Well, I could tell Josh wanted my business and his quote was very reasonable. He and his crew came out that week and had the job done in 4 hrs. When the other company said it would take 1 1/2 days. It is working great and I am very pleased with Sedona. The one really great thing about Josh is he is true to his word and he values his customers! I suggest you use Sedona for all your mold removal and drainage needs!!!
