I have been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years, green technology for 28 years and I have a degree in engineering. David Simon is able to remove and prevent mold in a timely and professional fashion. His rates and payment policies are very reasonable, and he clearly demonstrates to the customer what he is responsible for and what the customer needs to do. He not only removes mold but sprays the house so that no spores will form. After the job is done, he gives you a walkthrough and shows what he did and why it will be beneficial. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

After completing the initial tests, David and his team removed all afected building materials, and cleaned and treated the walls, floors and ceiling. It has been approximately 9 months and mold has not returned.
